Wedding Gathering

Cozy house near the square on historic Main St. We had a few minor issues because it is an older home, but overall very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Great house, greater owner

This house was nice, in a nice area, and just as described. Owners were super responsive and helpful. We were needy guests with a couple of requests for schedule changes and the owners handled them great! This is a no-brainer rental for our future visits.

Great place to stay while visiting MTSU.

Duplex on a lovely street with plenty of space for our family, celebrating a graduation. Having two kitchens was a big help in serving multiple meals. The screened porch was our favorite gathering space. There were nails in place for us to hang decorative patio lights. Comfy beds and good water pressure. Would recommend.

College friends reunion

The home is on Main Street walking distance from MTSU campus and historic downtown Square. An older home with quaint appeal. We rented both sides since we had all adults. Well kepted up home and responsive hosts. The kitchen was equiped for cooking and there are dining room tables on each side that accommodated our large group for family style dinners. The large screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were small but adequate and had all the amenities you need. They were upstairs. Climbing the stairs might be challenging for anyone with disabilities. Overall a great home with super responsive hosts.

Do not enjoy doing house work while on vacation

Nice property, was clean and on a beautiful street. Enjoyed to town with a Costco and Dillard. I heard this on one of the morning news shows and I totally agree. I do not like stripling beds, starting a load of close, loading the dish washer (funny that we walked in and had to unload a full dishwasher) and gather up towels. I think this should be covered in the cleaning fee that should be included in the price. Funny this is we always load the dishwasher but not a load of clothes or strip beds.

We actually don't require guests to strip beds or start a load of laundry so that was done by choice. I apologize for the full clean dishwasher...I am sure that was just missed by the cleaner. I am glad to see that the house was so clean.

Nasty- Dusty- Needs cleaning. Awesome Location

Location is EVERYTHING.. LITERALLY 10Mins from everything. The cleanliness of the property was terrible. Dusty, Has not been swept or mopped. Bathroom shower curtain was FILTHY. This place could use a deep clean. There was old popcorn under the couch cushions. The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. It was items from past guest left. Make up brushes and kids toys under the sink on the floor. I dropped my deodorant cap and went to retrieve it annnd I pulled out all kinds of crap The place is only spot cleaned. Great property just needs some better cleaning. For the price it could have been a whole lot better. I did not contact the property manager until I checked out. He did respond back promptly and said he would have come to rectify the situation had I contacted him during the stay.. Fair enough however this place should have not been rented out UNTIL IT HAD BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED!! I have videos and photos..

Enjoyed property. I wanted to hose down outdoor furniture but could not find a hose. The single key was a problem for us. There were 7 adults. We had different priorities and schedules. A single key was a problem for us. Electronic lock would have worked better.

Beautiful historic home

We loved our stay in this beautiful historic home. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a great set up with two individual sides which made splitting up the guys and gals easy. It does have some quirkiness such as laundry in the attic; however, if you expecting this it is not a problem. The owners went out of their way to make the laundry situation as convenient as possible with folding tables and laundry supplies.

Wedding weekend and Fun Downtown and Countryside

This property worked out perfectly for our family; the space provided ample bedrooms, bathrooms and places for having conversation. The screened in porch was wonderful for Saturday morning coffee and breakfast. Marida had water and cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Marida was a wonderful host and top notch communication. I highly recommend this location~!

As expected and as pictured

This property worked great for two families with young kids. The ability to retreat or open the sides, the two kitchens to handle ample amounts of meal prep and the extra beds in the second bedrooms. Property manager was extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Property is well represented by photos and details on listing.

Family wedding in Tennessee

We loved the location and house. Close to shopping locations in the area and eateries. House was a great home base for our family while visiting for a family wedding. Owners were very attentive and helpful. Would stay again!

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for us. We were down in Murfreesboro for my son's wedding. Thomas and his wife were great hosts. They made sure that we had everything that we needed but also respected our privacy. One of my favorite places was the side porch. We could all just hang out there to talk and also eat. I also loved walking in the neighborhood. It has some beautiful houses and even though our house was on Main Street it was pretty quiet. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed staying there!

Perfect location plenty of space

This house was perfect. We visited TN for a wedding and there were 8 of us. This house offered so much space, great outdoor screened porch too. The beds were clean and comfortable as were bathrooms and kitchens. Overall the house was homey, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 10 people. Parking and location are great too. Walking distance to shops and college town. Safe area too! I will be renting this house again.

We are a true Southern family and pride ourselves on welcoming everyone and never meeting a stranger! We love to take our boys on adventures, sometimes with a just few hours notice. Because of that, we really appreciate when we find great accommodations whether with friends or at a warm, cozy VRBO, which is why we want to make sure ours is just that!

Aside from traveling, we love music and have fun taking our boys to festivals in the warmer weather (which is sometimes January around here)! When we travel, we are always on the lookout for good food and local hangouts so, rest assured, you won't get the "tourist trap" recommendations from us. ;)

We like to live life to the fullest...making each moment count!
