The home includes 5 beds, 2 common areas and outdoor seating, giving plenty of space for everyone to kick back and relax. If getting out and exploring is more your style, you have the bonus of being a quick drive to MTSU, the Square, Nashville, Franklin and many other areas.

You have everything you need here for a quick getaway or a longer stay for work. The biggest highlights?

Perfect location for an MTSU sporting event! Also close to coffee, the Boulevard, and the Square. Lots of options to eat within walking or a short drive.

Great place for family weekend

Murfreesboro is a great meeting place for our family that lives across multiple states. This beautiful home comfortably hosted our family of 7 for a great spring weekend together. The home is beautifully restored from the 1920s. It’s clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed our visit!

We had an awesome stay at this home! Marida was so helpful, kind, and quick to respond with anything we had questions about. The house was extremely clean, well appointed, and looked like the pictures! The neighborhood was great and quiet too. I’d stay here again hands down!

We are so glad you enjoyed everything. We pride ourselves on the best communication. Unfortunately, we are only able to communicate with the guest who booked the property. When someone on another profile communicates, we have no way to verify this person is actual with the group that has booked. We did though answer all questions directly with the guest who booked through the app and via text.

Lovely craftsman home

Plenty of room for 5 guys.

The space was clean and there were so many amenities that we couldn’t use them all in our 2 day stay. The location was great as it is between Uncle Nearest and Nashville, with Jack Daniels not being too far away.

PERFECT!

Three co workers traveling on business and pleasure for three nights...everything was perfect. We rent homes all over the country for the last twenty years and this was one of the best. Great hosts, wonderful historical home, great neighborhood.

We are a true Southern family and pride ourselves on welcoming everyone and never meeting a stranger! We love to take our boys on adventures, sometimes with a just few hours notice. Because of that, we really appreciate when we find great accommodations whether with friends or at a warm, cozy VRBO, which is why we want to make sure ours is just that!

Aside from traveling, we love music and have fun taking our boys to festivals in the warmer weather (which is sometimes January around here)! When we travel, we are always on the lookout for good food and local hangouts so, rest assured, you won't get the "tourist trap" recommendations from us. ;)

We like to live life to the fullest...making each moment count!
