Perfect for groups! This spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath home is located just minutes from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN. The 307 sits on a half of an acre lot and has a dream back yard with a custom putting green, fire pit, gas grill, and tons of outdoor seating.

This home was made for gathering! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals (please note: cooking oil is not provided) and flows seamlessly into a massive dining and living area, creating the perfect space for groups to come together. Enjoy a spacious living room, four bedrooms, indoor pool table/game room, Smart TVs, and so much more.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our recent stay. We found it to be a truly wonderful place. The bedrooms were spacious and very tastefully decorated. We also particularly loved having the pool table. Overall, this has definitely been one of the best locations we've had the pleasure of staying in.

Felt like "Home"

We were in town for the birth of our first grandchild so our stay at The 307 was perfect. The house was amazing and we felt at home our entire stay. It will always hold a special place in our heart and we plan to book again and again!

Great place to stay. Place was as described. My family had a great time. There was an issue with one TV and the freezer that was addressed quickly. Host was very responsive when I reached out. Highly recommend .

Family visit

Stayed at this beautiful property when we came into town to visit our daughter that attends MTSU. The home was prefect for our crowd. Open, sunny and so comfortable, great backyard! Can’t wait to stay again for a longer visit so we can take advantage of all the activities offered.

Very relaxing.

Very nice property. There were 6 of us adults staying and we really enjoyed the back Bon fire area. We spent a lot of time relaxing around a Bon fire with a friend from TN. There were eating places close by and a Walmart and other stores. The host for this property was great at getting back to us anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Delightful Functional Fun

We loved our stay at the 307! It was a beautiful home and very clean! Host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly with concerns. Almost everything we could need was provided. We were in town for a basketball tournament at MTSU. The location was amazing and allowed us to go back and forth to campus as needed very easily. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. We were able to wash uniforms and cook meals. It was truly a great place! We plan to rent again next year!

Beautiful spacious home!

We LOVED this house!! Aesthetics and decor were put together very well and the place just felt so cozy! We came for a little meetup and it was perfect for a weekend in playing games and watching movies. We would definitely stay here again! Only little thing would be that some doors be looked at.. some wouldn't shut completely or they were loud when shutting/opening so that was inconvenient when trying not to wake others! Thank you for the great stay!!

We attended our daughter's graduation. We are from out of state so renting a house was the best way family could get together to celebrate her. The house is very spacious and open. Great kitchen! The beds in all the bedrooms were very comfortable. The backyard is a lot of fun!

Very happy with the VRBO

We were impressed by the comfort of the beds, lay out and furnishing of the house. Lots to do such as cornhole, ping-pong, and pool. The only suggestion, I can make is to have the grill cleaned. BBQ grill was pretty dirty. We had to cleaned it to use it. But the overall is, we would definitely rent again.

Like a luxury hotel for a large number of people

There were ten of us extended family members staying here for three nights. Communication was excellent. Any questions beforehand were promptly answered. The Keurig coffee machine on it's own counter was very convenient. ALL the beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely to be able to leave without having extensive cleaning duties like with other vacation rentals. The whole experience felt like we were in a luxury hotel! We would definitely stay here again.

Good times

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and very nice inside. The kitchen was great and we had several meals there. Plenty of room for 3 couples and the outdoors area was very nice as well. Game room was fun and provided some good fun for us. The only improvements I would see is that the 4th bathroom attached to the two queen beds had no electric outlets. The shower could do with a place to attach the head not just handheld. Lastly kitchen towels for drying dishes. We contacted via and told they were in a drawer. They were not and I emailed again but no response. We purchased a few for us to use. Overall Great place to spend time. Close enough to Nashville, plenty of good resturants.

Amazing

The house was so cozy and wonderfully laid out. My family enjoyed the open space and the backyard even more. The games were a nice touch keeping us busy while we prepared food in the spacious top of the line kitchen. Fully stocked to assist any meal show down. Coffee bar was my sisters’ favorite; a nice meeting place to plan out our day. The house was simply put perfect for a family trip to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

Review

The Accomodations were nice but some issues need to be addressed. The bathroom in the lower bedroom had deficiencies. 1. No electrical outlets or light switch for the light fixtures. The bath tub was slick, no none slip bath mat. The bathroom door sticks and did not close properly. Communication with the management was poor.. we did not receive emails other than the confirmation Was a flip phone turned on by the cleaning crew?

Great space

The property had ample space, sizable front and backyards, and in what seemed to be a quiet, quaint neighborhood near the local college. Unfortunately, the weather did not permit us to utilize the backyard activities, nor did it allow the property owners to mow the yard while we were visiting. Middle Tennessee felt that rain, severe storms (including tornadoes), and cicadas were to be provided during our short stay. This trip to visit family was more adventurous than most! LOL! Upon arrival we found we had little hot water, but the property owners were already on top of it shortly after our arrival. The house has recently been remodeled with a few updates still remaining. The downstairs shower was not currently operational but the guest bath worked beautifully. This is a great space for traveling with older relatives as the house is mostly contained on one floor. The owners suite met the needs of my mother well except the bed was a little high for her, but she managed. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and a coffee bar. Grocery stores are nearby so tenants can purchase needed items easily. The poverty seemed relatively well located, easily accessible to anywhere you would want to go in Murfreesboro (we did not travel into Nashville). Overall, a property I will add to my list of possible revisits.
