The property was as described but the house is older. It was quaint with large bedrooms and lots of space. We had everything we needed.

Our trip was lovely and staying in this home make it even better. The inside was clean, well kept and stocked with items that are thoughtful to a travelers needs. The house is laid out well. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of parking and the outdoor sitting area was perfect for those who wanted to enjoy the outdoors. My elderly parents were able to get in and out of the house easily and enjoyed the bedroom with the bath. We would definately rent here again if visiting the area.

Home Away From Home

If you're looking for a cozy home in a quiet area, look no further. There are some restaurants and stores around, and the city and nightlife is not too far of a drive. Book this home for your family and enjoy some quality time on your next vacation!!

Great Place!!

This is a great place for families who are attending weddings, family reunions, etc. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. wEe all had a great time and a great stay!!

House was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful and even asked if he needed to come by to help with a question we had. Perfect situation for our group to stay here. Highly recommended.

This was a great house to stay for MTSU Parent's Weekend. Firepit was perfect in evenings for our students to come and hang out with us in the evenings.

I would highly recommend this property. Very nice, clean and roomy for bigger families like mine. The location is perfect because it’s so close to shopping or eating places.

This property is bare bones. No soap in the showers; soap containers next to sinks were nearly empty; NO condiments in kitchen (NONE); some coffee. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were adequate. Soap door on dishwasher would not close. NO mirrors in bedrooms.. In my opinion, over priced. Would not stay here again.

High Marks for Location

This place gets high marks for being so conveniently located within close proximity of everything you will need. Others have noted, and it was also our experience, that the property could use some updating. As a specific example, the en suite bathroom shower is very small. In the other bathroom, wallpaper is falling off the wall. The property was clean but needs some maintenance.

Cozy cute house

We enjoyed our stay very much.. the owners were amazing and answered my text right away when I had a question.. very clean house and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be renting from them again next year.

Cute house in Murfreesboro!

Centrally located near dining and shopping. House was very nicely decorated and plenty of space for our family of four. Owner was easy to communicate with. Some minor things we would change but overall we would stay here again if in the area. Be sure to check out Slick Pig BBQ near MTSU!

WOW-Great Location!

We enjoyed the space that this house affords and all of the amenities. We were a group of two older couples and a middle age couple. We had no issues during our stay and appreciated the attentiveness of the owners. If you need anything their cell numbers are on the fridge!

Great home very near campus

Our family of 9 adults with a small dog had a great stay here. This is a very old home that has been renovated with an updated kitchen and additional bedroom. The home says it sleeps 9 (and we knew this) but one person will have to sleep on the couch. There are 4 beds. The only negative was there are no extra linens for the couch to be slept on. The air condition quit on us one night but the owner/property manager responded very quickly and had a worker out within 3 hours to repair it. This was a perfect home for us all to stay together to celebrate our son’s wedding. The long driveway even accommodated 5 cars at one point.

This was a excellent location and priced good for 6 ladies to stay at for a tennis tournament . Two small dislikes but wouldn’t change us from coming back again just would make the place a little nicer is a remodel on the pink bath and to clean or replace the two large floor rugs. This house was very cute and supplied nicely for our stay. The host was very accommodating . We will stay here again. Thank you Shelby
