Ce condo spacieux et luxueux d'une chambre face à la plage au Destin fabuleux SunDestin Beach Resort offre la plus belle vue complète sur le golfe du Mexique ainsi qu'une belle vue sur la ville depuis le salon et la chambre principale! Depuis votre balcon privé, contemplez les dauphins dans les eaux cristallines du golfe, la plage de sable blanc ou à cause de son léger angle ouest, voire l'action de la ville! Il a le meilleur des trois mondes! L'angle ouest offre plus d'intimité que les autres unités et élimine le bruit de la piscine ou de l'aire de jeux pour enfants afin que vous puissiez profiter du séjour privé le plus paisible que seul un penthouse puisse offrir. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et de sièges dans le salon avec un canapé et une chaise pleine grandeur parfait pour regarder la télévision à écran plat ou un lecteur DVD pour les films ou tout simplement profiter de la vue magnifique. Il a également une belle salle à manger avec table et chaises.

La cuisine est joliment aménagée avec tous les appareils nécessaires, un grand comptoir et entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner un repas de famille. Il a également une fenêtre qui donne sur la ville et la baie!

Réveillez-vous avec les mêmes vues magnifiques depuis votre chambre principale. Son front de mer ainsi que son propre accès balcon privé! Il a un lit King, salle de bain privée avec son propre placard, placard pleine grandeur avec coffre-fort dans la chambre, ventilateur, fer et planche, portes coulissantes privées sur le balcon, TV à écran plat et réveil.

Le balcon est très grand, a une table et deux chaises et l'unité de climatisation n'est pas sur le balcon pour vous déranger comme les autres unités! Un autre bonus!

You will enjoy Incredible views of Destin’s beautiful shores right out of your penthouse window! Condo was clean with updated furnishings. The mattress was so comfortable!! Location offered easy access to all Destin has to offer. Chris the owner made sure everything was in place to make our stay a memorable one! He communicated all necessary details and gave outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We were so surprised to see he had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us! The building is under going renovations and Chris kept us updated on the construction progress prior to our arrival. We had a lovely stay & Chris was an exceptional host.

Our stay at Sun Destin Beach Resort was absolutely incredible, truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! We stayed in a penthouse, and the views alone were worth it. The sunsets were breathtaking every single evening, and the condo itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable.Chris, the owner, was amazing to work with. His communication was clear, timely, and made everything seamless from booking to checkout. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful goodies waiting for us, beer, coffee, and wine, which made us feel so welcomed and set the tone for a relaxing getaway.Even with some construction going on, it did not take away from our experience at all. The atmosphere was still peaceful, and we were able to fully unwind and enjoy every moment of our trip.We couldn’t have asked for a better beach vacation and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great communication with the host the whole stay. The condo is in a great location to beach and local restaurants. The downstairs bar/restaurant had decent meals, and there was a lobby store that had beverages and beach necessities.The condo was clean except for the bathrooms/showers, and bed. Great kitchen and patio.

Our cleaners work hard and the condo IS clean between each guest but sometimes it might not live up to some peoples individual standards but I can assure you it is clean. Great get away

We had a great time even with cooler weather. Condo was beautiful and had a great view. Owner was outstanding and easy to communicate with prior to our stay and during. If you plan to go to Destin don’t look away from staying here. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo has a magnificent view and quiet being a penthouse condo. Great location! Very nicely decorated and comfortable! The bathroom setup was awesome. Has everything you could possibly need. Really cozy and relaxing spot. Views were outstanding even being on a corner room. For those who like the scene of a beautiful sunset, this is the perfect spot. The owner was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I’d recommend this condo to anyone.

We loved our stay at Sundestin. Great private beach access and a condo to enjoy staying in. The view was amazing. Chris was an amazing host and easy to reach. Would love to stay again.

Glad you loved the condo! The views are spectacular. And how about those dolphin every morning! We see large pods of dolphin every single day practically. In many groups of dozens and dozens. So fun to watch. We hope to have you back sometime so tell your friends and family and remember we have the condo right next door and it’s a duplicate of this one. Same floorplan and layout if you wanna bring a larger group sometime.

Glad you enjoyed! We are obsessive about cleanliness and both units 1814/1815 are gorgeous and remodeled and have the same exact views and floor plan. Really happy you stayed and appreciated this brand new unit. We do a top to bottom deep clean e wry month where others might do that once a year. You won’t find a better and cleaner condo right on the beach with views like that anywhere. Come back anytime as you are always welcome. Thanks again!

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What is amazingly unique about both condos is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire beach and ocean as far as you can see, not just the portion directly in front of you like other units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door. Both the 1814 unit (vrbo listing 1945753) and the 1815 unit (vrbo listing 1013753) have the same exact views and floor plan.
