Ce condo spacieux et luxueux d'une chambre face à la plage au Destin fabuleux SunDestin Resort peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes et offre la plus belle vue complète sur le golfe du Mexique ainsi qu'une belle vue sur la ville depuis le salon et la chambre principale! Depuis votre balcon privé, contemplez les dauphins dans les eaux cristallines du golfe, la plage de sable blanc ou à cause de son léger angle ouest, voire l'action de la ville! Il a le meilleur des trois mondes! L'angle ouest offre plus d'intimité que les autres unités et élimine le bruit de la piscine ou de l'aire de jeux pour enfants afin que vous puissiez avoir le séjour privé le plus paisible que seul un penthouse peut offrir. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et de sièges dans le salon avec un canapé pleine grandeur, une chaise et une grande chaise longue près de la fenêtre, tous parfaits pour regarder la Smart TV connectée à Internet de 55 pouces, accéder à vos comptes Netflix pour des films ou profiter de la vue magnifique. Il a également une belle salle à manger avec table et chaises.

La cuisine est joliment aménagée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner un repas de famille. Il a également une fenêtre qui donne sur la ville et la baie!

Réveillez-vous avec les mêmes vues magnifiques depuis votre chambre principale. Son front de mer ainsi que son propre accès au balcon privé! Il a un lit KING, salle de bain privée avec son propre placard, placard pleine grandeur avec coffre-fort, ventilateur de boîte, fer et planche, portes coulissantes privées sur le balcon, 55 "Smart TV connectée à Internet et réveil. The kitchen all you would ever need to cook your favorites. The entry when you first get there takes your breath away woth the mysic playing the view the places that is yours for how long you have got it. Our host was there if you needed him helpful with everything. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and our own private beach.

Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. Spring break vacay

We enjoyed our stay, the condo had the best view of the beautiful water! Super cute, comfy bed, had some snacks and wine for our arrival. Communication with owner was great, always there to help! Despite construction going on all around the condos we did not have any issues during our visit. The location was great, tons of places to eat and other activities right around us.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

Communication was beyond amazing! Condo was clean and had all the extra touches you need on vacay. Master bed is very comfy. AC works great. Kitchen very well equipped. On site parking pass included with stay. Laundry on premises if needed. Cute little shop in lobby for anything you want or forgot. View from the balcony is gorgeous and beach access is right there. I will stay in this condo for any future Destin staying!!

Loved the beautiful penthouse. The views were amazing each time we woke up to see them. Chris was amazing on making our stay there beautiful and memorable. I would recommend that place over and over again.

He has been renting his beautiful condos for years and has tons of repeat guests returning every year so get an early start on your vacation dates because they book up fast. He is quick to respond to any request or question. He owns penthouse units 1814 and 1815 at the beautiful SunDestin Beach Resort and is involved with every aspect of his rentals. He manages the properties personally so you won’t have to deal with any property management companies or the front desk and is obsessed with neatness and cleanliness. He has almost 100% 5 star ratings and is a Premier Partner with VRBO. Chris takes care of his guests from the moment they inquire about his properties until the time they get back home to ensure you had a wonderful stay. Just read all his reviews and you’ll be a repeat guest like most others.

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What is amazingly unique about this penthouse unit is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire ocean and beach as far as you can see, not just the portion in front of you like some units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door.
