Watersound has always been my favorite spot on 30A. This condo has amazing views, easy access to the beach, it is beautifully decorated. I will be back! Other than some unexpected early morning construction, it was PERFECT.

Great Easter Weekend stay

Stayed for three nights and had a very nice stay at this property. Very close to beach access and all amenities. Beautiful beach view. They supply some of the basics but if staying longer than 3 days will need additional supplies.

Perfect getaway

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Beautiful home, stunning views and great location in a quiet neighborhood. It far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Best kept secret on 30A

The Crossings at Watersound is truly the best kept secret on 30A. We were close to everything but the crowds! The beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo and the pool is a 3 minute walk. There are actually two pools that we visited. The hallway bunkbeds were perfect for my 10 and 12 year old girls and the downstairs master with access to the boardwalk was so convenient. The upstairs living space was perfect for our group and the upstairs patio was a great place in the evenings. The only downside was that the garbage disposal kept acting up and when too many electrical things were on (microwave and toaster oven) the breaker would flip. The property manager was very responsive and things were quickly resolved.

Great location, beautiful home

Overall great place. Beautifully appointed. Great view. Had a few issues - upper level had unpleasant smell throughout our stay. Maybe previous renters cooked fish? Candles helped but didn’t eliminate. We also needed more bath towels and wash cloths- we had 6 people staying and I had to launder towels constantly. We had a few communication issues - came back to condo to find exterminator inside the unit- we had no idea they were going to be there. Finally, minor detail but broken drawer in vanity of primary bathroom.

Off the beaten path but right on the beach!

This beautiful, amazing townhouse is right on the beach. The primary bedroom & main living space look right out to the sand dunes and Gulf. The townhouse itself is nothing short of spectacular. Beautifully and obviously professionally decorated. It’s great for families, girls trips or anyone looking to be removed from the crowds further down the beach. A few things to note: - I had emailed 360Blue twice with questions in advance of our arrival and got zero response to either. - Every rental has a spectrum of the basics: this house provides a small bag of coffee (2 pots worth), small dish soap, a sponge and two tabs for the dishwasher. My group donated 100 coffee filters b/c you’ll need them. Also BYO Saran Wrap and salt & pepper. Absolutely none of that is there. Just plates, utensils and coffee mugs. - it is a drive (not a walk or bike ride) to Rosemary and Alys Beaches. You definitely need a car if you plan to do anything besides beach. Overall, amazing location. Felt private and luxurious.

Nicest beach condo we have ever stayed in. Very well appointed, great beds, next to an incredible beach. Views from the second story deck were amazing at sunrise and sunset. Will be back soon.

September 2021 Stay

My family loved our vacation here. We had 5 adults and a 2 and 3 year old and had plenty of room! We loved the view from the condo and the access to the beach and The Hub. The beds were very comfortable!! We will definitely be back!
