Leeward II Unit 4 domine les eaux vert émeraude et les plages de sable de sucre. Ce condo en bord de mer est idéalement situé à Seagrove Beach, près du lac Eastern Lake, à mi-chemin entre Seaside et Rosemary Beach.

Lorsque vous entrez dans l'unité, vous trouverez la chambre à coucher avec un lit queen size, une salle de bain complète, ainsi que le coin-lit superposé. Passé le coin superposé, vous trouverez le salon à la cuisine et au concept ouvert avec un canapé-lit. Le porche couvert est idéal pour regarder les vagues tout en prenant une pause du soleil.

Vous trouverez trois accès pratiques à la plage lors de votre séjour au Leeward II Unit 4. Il y a un accès à la plage privée pour le bâtiment ainsi que deux accès à la plage publique qui se trouvent à moins de 3 minutes à pied de votre porte. À l'accès à la plage publique d'Eastern Lake, vous vous retrouverez sur le sable entre le golfe du Mexique et Eastern Lake, l'un de nos rares lacs de dunes côtières, qui se rejoignent parfois pour créer une piscine idéale pour les enfants.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this property is AMAZING! It’s steps from the beach. The daily chair/umbrella setup is super convenient. The water is unbelievably clear. The unit was clean and cozy with an awesome view from the balcony.

Great family location

Off the tourist track away from the college parties and the girls walking around in the g-strings. Mostly families with kids and not super crowded area. Beautiful view and right on the beach. Great location.

We loved everything about the property. Perfect location! The only suggestion that I have is to put a larger TV in the living room. We will definitely stay here every time in the future.

Perfect location

Great spot and location for family! Located directly on the beach- comes with beach chairs and umbrella set up! Also had a community washer and dryer which was a must with littles. The only downside was the WiFi wasn’t working properly the whole stay. I even reset the modem a handful of times. So that was inconvenient. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Awesome Getaway

This was a PERFECT spot for my daughter and me to have a little getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed having the large sliding glass door looking right out to the beach and the ocean. And of course when we wanted to go out to the beach, it could NOT have been easier or more convenient. The condo itself was updated nicely and again was just perfect for us!!!
