99Waves4u is a newly remodeled home which gives you the space you need and a fabulous 30A location.

You will love being able to lounge on the spacious balcony and enjoy your ocean view. Steps from Wine World and shopping makes this condo the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The king bedroom has an adjustable head mattress. There is a twin air bed if you have little ones that you do not want climbing the "alternating stair treads". The loft sleeps 2 on very comfortable custom made mattresses. A porta crib is also provided.

Two adult bikes are provided along with Four sling beach chairs and a backpack ice chest for the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, a drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, Vitamix mixer, Brita Water Pitcher plus everything else you would expect!

This condo includes bracelets for all access to Watercolor amenities!

Please note: You can not rent a golf cart for this location.

This property is very well maintained, has all the needed amenities and most importantly is well located with quick access to the beach, everything WaterColor has to offer and great food/desert. Great location

A great location in Watercolor! The condo is beautiful and the porch is awesome:). We could easily walk across the street to the beach club and the wine bar. Seaside is a short walk away. Everything about this condo was perfect and top notch! Will definitely stay again.

The accommodations were up to date plus tasteful, kitchen well equipped, abundance of towels, cloths etc., comfortable bed with quality bedding. Overall a perfect location and the porch/balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Location is on point

Such a great spot! The balcony was great for relaxing and people watching. We spend a lot of time at the beach club so you couldn’t ask for an easier location! Tanya was wonderful and answered all our questions. Check-in was simple. We will stay again.

Perfection!

We LOVED our stay here!! The condo was beautiful and clean and perfect for our family of 3. The location was amazing-so close to the beach, pools and restaurants. The owner/manager were so incredible to work with and very responsive to any questions and needs that we had. Cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back!

Super convenient to everything

Immaculate loft apartment directly across from Watercolor resort. Was able to take advantage of beach gear and reserved spot multiple times during our stay, right up front on the water. Tanya made it easy!

INCREDIBLE location and manager

This condo surpassed our expectations. The manager is incredible and goes above and beyond. The condo was so clean- comfortable bedding, towels. Access to all amenities. They have everything you could need. The location was perfect for our family. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great spring break!

Wonderful stay for our family in this condo! We cooked most nights and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was amazing. Steps from the beach club. The use of the watercolor amenities was fantastic. Also loved biking around the area. The bedding and towels are great as well as the furniture and decor. My favorite part was the outdoor covered deck. Such a relaxing spot and a great view. Would love to stay here again.

The condo was just as described in the listing. The manager, Tanya, was fantastic and extremely helpful. Location is 200 yards from the entrance at Watercolorr. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Watercolor stay!

WOW - This was a VERY nice, well equipped updated unit (with gorgeous decor) conveniently located to all the fun!! The beach club and beach access is perfect here. We have stayed many places along 30A and this might just be our fave. The owner is amazing to work with. She went above and beyond for my family. She was the most attentive of any property we have stayed at. We definitely want to return!!!

Luxury in prime location

My family and I enjoyed our wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed condo. The design is gorgeous, and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The towels! Thick and luxurious. Even the dishes are beautiful in this lovely space. But the piece de resistance is the incredible balcony which has an overview of the goings on in WaterColor and a view of the ocean. Located right across the street from the WaterColor Beach Club and next to Wine World, this is such an easy, prime location. The kids could get any anywhere in WaterColor or Seaside on their bikes and to the beach with ease. We were steps away from all the great amenities of WaterColor. DO NOT miss the chance to stay in this gem of a condo.

My favorite place to stay in Watercolor

This property is gorgeous, clean, and so convenient to the beach and multiple Watercolor facilities. Kids love the upstairs loft area which is nice because it’s open enough to hear what they’re doing. The living area is gorgeous. Two or three TVs if I’m not mistaken though we didn’t turn them on. AC great. Washer dryer great. No complaints at all. Building is super quiet and clean. No noise.The place is stacked inside with everything you could possibly need for the beach and to cook. We tend to bring our own stuff when we travel but this property already has everything so you don’t need to bring more than your own clothes. Kitchen has every amenity you could need. We had a run in with a jelly fish which we weren’t prepared for, fortunately the kitchen cabinet had all the medical supplies we needed.Bed is so comfortable and sunrise comes in from the back so you can easily sleep in as long as need. The porch is my favorite for watching sunrise. It’s like a treehouse surrounded by birds and squirrels. I had the best time just watching the summer nature symphony each morning from the porch. Tanya and Melanie are both so great and helpful I hesitate to stay elsewhere because people who care about the experience you’re having at their property are very rare to find. They are both above beyond. We finally tried the bikes this year which were super fun to ride to the other Watercolor camps. Watercolor as an area is so lovely and this spot just doesn’t get better.

Fantastic location and adorable apartment

Watercolor area in general is great for families. All the pools, water slides, lazy river, towel service….👌 Walk to beach was an easy 5 minutes. Peak periods bring on summer activity at night so that corner was pretty happening when we were there in June. I still was able to work on my novel outside on the porch at night. Noise wasn’t overwhelming. Great restaurant across the street for nights when you want to grab a quick bite. Very beautiful wrap around porch area to sit and have a glass of wine before bed. Tanya was excellent, very helpful before and during. We’ve stayed in a lot of places that were supposed to be luxury listings and then you get there and they were anything but. Hence I was very pleased that this condo really was as nice as represented. Just like the pictures! The building was very quiet inside. Everything was clean and beautiful. The condo interior had very useful beach items for those who needed it, a well stocked kitchen per cooking and dining items, and some extra supplies for kitchen, laundry and bath which were great, as we stayed for two weeks. Looked like a great cappuccino maker too but we brought our own French Press. They also had a water boiler, Vitamix and lots of kitchen items. The condo itself was nicely decorated, beach modern and peaceful. We didn’t get a chance to try the bikes but it was nice to have the option. I’d definitely stay again! It’s nice when places really are as great as they say they are. And this was one!
