Magnifique Villa rĂ©novĂ©e en 2024 de style andalou situĂ© Ă  10 minutes Ă  pieds de la plage. Proche d’un petit centre commercial avec ses bars, restaurants et toutes les commoditĂ©s. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de 4 chambres. 3 belles chambres au rez de chaussĂ©e et une grande suite parentale disposant de deux terrasses privatives avec une magnifique vue sur mer Ă  l’étage. La maison dispose d’une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e toute neuve , de 3 salles de bains, d’un spacieux et lumineux living avec vue sur la terrasse et la grande piscine privĂ©e (28 Ă  30 degrĂ©s en Ă©tĂ©). La villa se situe dans une rue calme de Calahonda, Ă  10 minutes de Marbella, 3 minutes du port de Cabopino (l’un des plus beaux ports de la cĂŽte) et 25 minutes de Puerto Banus. L’aĂ©roport de Malaga se situe Ă  20 minutes via l’autoroute. Wonderful holiday

The Villa was as described and everything we needed, we had a family of 9, ages ranging from 4 to 91, and everybody loved it. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Would recommend highly and we hope to stay again soon.

Great villa!

Great villa which was perfect for our summer holiday. The facilities brilliantly catered for two families with teenagers. The villa is located close to shops and restaurants with the beach only a short walk away. Mael was an amazing host who communicated well throughout our stay answering any questions we had. Would recommend.

Excellent Stay

We are a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room. Great sized pool with a very deep end and good outside space with shade. Good restaurants very close by, we particularly enjoyed Bogarts. Travelled by car to Capobinho Beach which was great. Good communication with the owner at all times.

Brill Family Holiday

Very impressed with villa, good location, well equipped and lovely pool/outdoor area. We all had great fun in the pool and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. Calahonda beach is about 10/15 mins down hill and there’s a nice walkway either way with nice beach bars. Short walk to some lovely restaurants/bars where we enjoyed tasty meals & drinks. Owner was very helpful.

Perfect Villa near Malaga

This Villa was just perfect for our large extended family of 7 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space for all, kitchen very well stocked for cooking, nice BBQ area, and the pool was just the best. Lots of toys for the children too. House was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Also close to beach and shops. Mael was super responsive and friendly throughout the booking and stay. We had a wonderful relaxing time. Highly recommend for large families.

An absolutely stunning property decorated and equipped beautifully throughout. We stayed with our two children (aged 12 & 8) my sister in law and husband and parents. The villa was spacious for us all. Pool and outside area is fantastic with plenty of shade if needed. The pool was cleaned three times over the course of the 11 nights we were there. The added table tennis table there was a delight for my 12 year old son. The villa has everything a family needs for a relaxing stay rooms are large and airy with the added bonus of air con when needed. The villa is located close to shops and restaurants and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby that are very reasonably priced. Communication with the owners were excellent prior to, during and after our stay to ensure everything was ok. We cannot recommend this villa enough and would love to come back soon to stay again

Brilliant location, lovely villa.

We had a fantastic stay, the owner Mael was brilliant start to finish. We got a call the day before arrival telling us we didn’t have to wait and just go straight to the villa upon arrival, this was a great help. The villa was spotless throughout, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The outdoor area was a great size, and the outdoor fridge also helped. The only thing that I would say is, the pool could do with some attention. Other than that we had an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great location, amenities, and management

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Trocadero. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for sleeping, cooking, eating, and lounging indoors and out. The management was very responsive to our requests and sent someone immediately when an issue arose. The location is great but you will need a car to get to the nicer beaches - especially with smaller kids - but some of us walked or jogged to the beach on a few occasions, which was close enough. Restaurants and shops are very close, however. I would definitely recommend taking a drive into Malaga center - we left it for the end of the trip and regretted not spending more time there.

HEERLIJK! LOVELY!

We had a lovely stay! The house was well equipped with all needed. Clean pool with air matresses. comfortable sunbeds with cushions and seats. Even the basic necessaties in the kitchen were available, like oil, salt, herbs, soap, dishwashing liquid etc. The beds in the bedroom were good. The owner, Pierre, reacted immediately when we had a question. Calahonda is a lovely place to stay anyway, so I would defenitely recommend this house to stay for a guaranteed lovely holiday!

Great villa perfect for a family

We had a great week here! The villa was really well equipped with everything we could need. Especially in the kitchen! There were travel cots, high chairs, toys, games and pool toys for the kids. Really useful and helped keep two toddlers occupied. The check in process was really easy and everything was explained well. Prior to our visit any questions we had were answered really quickly. The villa is in a perfect location and we could walk to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa itself is nicely decorated and the views from the upstairs balcony were gorgeous. We will definitely be booking to come back next year.

Excellent Villa

We stayed as a family of 8 (4 couples) and 2 children (2 and nine months). Excellent communication with Mael when needed. The private pool was fantastic and really made the holiday. Mael was very helpful on check out which really helped when travelling with a baby. Restaurants/a few bars and small mini markets just a few minute walk away. Having a car was helpful for going to do bigger shops at Mercadona/Lidl (both less than 5 minutes in car). Beach was probably a bit far to walk to with prams however an Uber there was only about 6 euro if needed and we were happy by the pool. Thanks Mael!

Lovely, villa with a good size pool and garden. The villa is very spacious with 4 good size bedrooms and 3 nice bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook or BBQ. The garden had the sun in it all day and the built in seat at the end of the pool was a sun trap in the late afternoon. Good location with a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes walk away. You can walk down to the beach in a round 10-15 minutes under the road. Lovely walk along the beach it you turn left when you get to the beach. Had a very enjoyable stay with my family and small grandchild and would recommend the villa.

Lovely villa, great location

10 of us, 3 families, stayed here for a week. We had a really lovely time. The villa was big enough for us not to be on top of each other. The pool is a great size, love the steps going in, much easier for the kids than ladders. Well equipt kitchen, plenty of kids plates bowls and cutlery too! The local area is great, a few nice restaurants within walking distance and a little express supermarket. There is a beach close by but cabopino beach is much nicer, soft sand as opposes to shingly sand on the closer beach. Worth the 5/10 minute drive, plenty of parking there. Only downsides, if there are a lot of you, there wasn't enough towels really. And the hot water ran out when 4 of us had a shower around the same time. Mael was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We would stay again.

Super séjour dans un chouette endroit !

TrÚs bon séjour dans une chouette maison trÚs propre et chouette déco entiÚrement équipée . Un accueil et suivi optimal de la part du propriétaire. Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille ou amis. Elle est proche de tout (commerces, golfs, plages et chouettes restos ! Le tout à quelques minutes du centre de marbella. Bref je recommande et je reviendrai ! Merci à vous pour tout ! Magnifique villa pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour en famille (5 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette trĂšs jolie maison pour les fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e. La maison est spacieuse, magnifiquement dĂ©corĂ©e, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e aussi bien Ă  l'intĂ©rieure qu'Ă  l'extĂ©rieure. L'emplacement est idĂ©al, dans un quartier calme, non loin des commoditĂ©s, de la plage et Ă  proximitĂ© de grande villes alentours. Le propriĂ©taire est d'une grande disponibilitĂ© et trĂšs prĂ©venant. Nous avons vraiment adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cette villa que nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter!

Jolie villa sur les hauteurs de Sitio de Calahonda

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour en famille, l’emplacement de la villa avec la piscine est Ă  10 minutes en voiture des plages est idĂ©al, ce qui a fait le bonheur des enfants ! Environnement trĂšs calme et jolie vue mer depuis la chambre Ă  l’étage. Situation proche de Marbella et Malaga, trĂšs pratique. Équipement complet de la villa. Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© la rĂ©partition des chambres et les 3 sdb, indispensables pour 9 personnes. Un grand merci au propriĂ©taire qui a Ă©tĂ© disponible par tĂ©lĂ©phone et toujours trĂšs rĂ©actif et d’une extrĂȘme gentillesse !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette trÚs belle villa. La description du bien est fidÚle à la réalité, tout était trÚs propre et l'endroit est accueillant. Mention honorable au propriétaire, qui est disponible, à l'écoute, et nous a donné d'excellents conseils afin de profiter au maximum des divers commodités disponibles à proximité du bien !
