Cette grande maison a un accÚs facile à la plage juste en face de la rue. Il a de grandes vues Kiwanda et l'océan Pacifique. Il est idéalement situé à moins d'une minutes à pied du Pelican Pub, le café et la plage. L'emplacement est parfait pour les enfants et vous pouvez simplement tirer vers le haut et ne pas avoir à revenir dans votre voiture jusqu'à ce que vous quittez.

La maison dispose de renverser vivant avec deux espaces de vie, une à chaque étage. Il est une maison trÚs confortable et dispose d'une grande cheminée de feu de bois pour vous et vos amis et les enfants à se détendre à.

Il ya une salle de ping-pong sĂ©parĂ©e avec de superbes vues sur l'ocĂ©an. Vous trouverez tous les lits et la literie pour ĂȘtre extrĂȘmement confortable et chaque salon a sa TV et lecteur DVD propre. Il ya un accĂšs Internet haute vitesse.

Le premier étage a la chambre des maßtres avec une salle de bain complÚte et de la bas a deux chambres, une avec deux ensembles de lits superposés et l'autre avec un lit queen-size. Le bas a une salle de bains complÚte avec une baignoire sur pattes et un futon-lit dans le salon.

Il ya une cour arriÚre clÎturée et un parking couvert.

Great location!

My friends and I have stayed here 5 or 6 times now for our annual friends trip. We have tried a few other houses over the years and this one you just can’t beat for the location.

Perfect location and home!

We were in town for a wedding and the home was the perfect setting for a group of friends to gather. It is super walkable to the beach, market, coffee and restaurants. We plan to stay again!

Great for Families

We had a great family trip. The location was amazing--across the street from a great beach with a huge sand dune. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There's a great outdoor covered porch area to keep wet/sandy boots, rain gear, etc. out of your living space. The ping pong table was a major plus!

Great get away

Repeat guest for a few years now love the location and cozy house! Well stocked with utensils even has a spice rack for cooking. Very nice place great host!

Christmas break

Wonderful place to stay. We plan on coming back. It was a great location and the house was perfect for us. Ocean, dining, store, coffee all within walking distances and so beautiful.

Spring break weekend

Great stay with 5 teenagers! Ping pong was a blast and the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked and beds were comfortable. Location is wonderful.

Love the Enclosed Ping Pong Table Room

Great for a mix of ages. The weather was perfect so we didn't stay indoors a lot. Great accommodation ~ would stay there again.

We stayed with two couples and had so much room we will brings all of our kids next time. Super clean and modern design inside of a classic home right across the street from the beach. Great surf, food, and beer. Super responsive hosts. Best ever stay at the coast!

Great Spot right by the beach

Home was clean and there was tons of space for everyone. Location is right next to the Pelican Brewery and very close walk to the beach. Home had all the essentials. We had a lot of fun and would stay there again!

Close to the beach, easy access to amenities, family friendly and nice views.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Being able to walk accross the street to access the beach. Having one of the closest homes to access the most desirable part of the beach(Cape Kiwanda,tide pools etc.).Convenience of walking to restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores. Having nice cape and ocean views. Our family loves making a fire at the end of a long day outside or stormy day inside. Ping pong battles and being able to grab a surfboard and be in the ocean in less than two minutes.
