Maison relaxante sur la côte de l'Oregon - Marchez jusqu'à la plage!

Les propriétaires sont des visiteurs réguliers et adorent cet endroit! La maison a un salon ouvert. Les caractéristiques comprennent un foyer au gaz, un plafond voûté et une barre de petit-déjeuner, et une table de salle à manger assez grande pour 8 personnes. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres, chacune avec des lits queen size, deux salles de bain complètes et une buanderie. Un 1/2 bain est situé en bas. La maison est meublée avec les fournitures nécessaires pour cuisiner et manger - Keurig et cafetière, micro-ondes, et toutes les casseroles et poêles et assiettes dont vous aurez besoin. Il y a un garage pour une voiture disponible et une terrasse couverte à l'arrière qui est assez grande et assez privée pour profiter du barbecue à gaz fourni lorsque vous faites griller. Il y a des sentiers pavés menant à la plage juste devant les portes (avant ou arrière), ainsi que de nombreux sentiers pédestres pavés dans Shoreline Village et Nestucca Ridge voisin - vous pouvez emmener les enfants ou le chien se promener dans tout le quartier. Rendez-vous à pied à la brasserie Pelican, ramassez des pizzas, louez du matériel de surf ou, chaque matin, rendez-vous au Stimulus Espresso pour des pâtisseries et du café. Utilisation du clubhouse avec salle de fitness, TV grand écran et table de billard.

Créez des souvenirs de plage d'été, profitez de l'observation de la tempête hivernale ou blottissez-vous simplement près de la cheminée avec un livre. Vous allez adorer cette escapade!

Great Place! This is our 4th year staying in Shore Pine Village. The house is great and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Our favorite beach in all our travels! The place was super clean, convenient to visit surrounding areas, had tons of spices and the kitchen had tons of utensils, pots, plates & glasses for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking the beach chairs to enjoy the beach on several occasions. The Pacific City longboard contest was the highlight as we could walk 4 min from our place to the beach. Thanks for opening your place for us to enjoy too!

Lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach. There was a hiccup with housekeeping on arrival but manager quickly responded and resolved the issue. We’ll definitely go again!

We loved our month long stay in Pacific City, Shorepine Village. The property was in a quiet development within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The home had comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We slept well in the cozy king bed. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiry we had and reached out to notify us of the Kamchatka earthquake that triggered a tsunami watch for the pacific coast. We'd love to return to this comfy beach house.

Beach house stay

Quiet and cozy townhome just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Pacific City is a small and fairly quiet beach community with good restaurants and Pelican Brewery walking distance right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Lovely Getaway Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing time. The neighborhood was very quiet with paths to the beach. The rear path wasn't available as the gate was locked. The owner was very helpful answering questions. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Paradise with a Beach That's a Walk Away

I try to come to the Oregon coast every year, and this area never fails to impress. The property was absolutely wonderful, with only a short walk right to the beautiful Pacific City beach!The hosts were great, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. I wish i could give a higher than 5 star rating!

We first came to Cape Kiwanda on vacation and fell in love with the beach, the surfing, the hiking, and the atmosphere. We can't live full time at the beach just yet, so we thought we would share this wonderful place with others until we can.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is within walking distance of the beach, the Pelican Brewery, the State Park - but yet it's very peaceful. There are walking trails all around the village. Golfing, Casino, and Wine tasting are all within driving distance for day trips. Just being here will make you smile.
