South Charlotte Pet Friendly All Inclusive Condo

These were by far the worst guest we have had in over 15 years. From the minute they checked in they were looking for things to complain about. I responded to every one of their complaints. The first phone call that they claimed I hung up on them is correct. The wife was in the background screaming and making threats. I informed her husband that I couldn't hear what anyone was saying with all of the yelling. I told him to call me back when she calmed down and we could all talk to each other like adults. They continued to call and complain about any and everything. Each time I would send someone over and several times they never answered the door or the phone. In December the weather forecast was blasted out on TV, social media etc issuing a freeze warning. I immediately sent out an email to all of our guest letting them know and asking them to leave their water dripping that night so that their pipes would not freeze. These guest had gone out of town for the Holidays and didn't respond to our email making us aware of that. Had they done that we could have gone by and taken care of it. The result was frozen pipes that burst totally destroying our condo. It sit for almost 2 weeks with water running in it before we were made aware. When I ask the guest if they had received our email he said yes but that they didn't "feel like" responding.. These were the guest from hell. The condo had been newly renovated 2 years prior to their stay. We never had one single complaint about that home until them. It has now been totally renovated again. I would HIGHLY advise any homeowner out there to think twice before renting to this couple.
