C'est une belle maison en rangĂ©e de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s situĂ©e dans une communautĂ© trĂšs calme de Mesa Est. À distance de marche de l'Ă©picerie Safeway, des restaurants, Starbucks, Target et de nombreux autres magasins. À une courte distance de nombreux sentiers de randonnĂ©e et pistes cyclables Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  proximitĂ© des montagnes de la Superstition. 20 minutes du lac Saguaro. Emmenez la famille plonger dans la riviĂšre Salt. 20 minutes de l'aĂ©roport Sky Harbor.

La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin - présentez-vous avec votre valise d'objets personnels. La cuisine est trÚs fournie en vaisselle, couverts et ustensiles de cuisine. N'ayez pas peur de rester et de cuisiner une nuit à la maison. Il y a aussi un grand barbecue sur la terrasse avec 2 tables pouvant accueillir un total de 8 personnes, si vous souhaitez profiter du beau temps chaud de l'Arizona.

Beaucoup de serviettes et draps propres pour tout le monde! Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse pleine taille gratuite pour minimiser la taille de votre valise ou pour vous laver avant de rentrer chez vous.

La piscine communautaire chauffée et le bain à remous se trouvent juste au coin de cette unité. Prenez quelques serviettes de piscine qui sont fournis et marchez dessus.

C'est une superbe propriété qui ne déçoit pas! Je possÚde / gÚre plusieurs autres unités dans ce complexe pour accueillir des groupes plus petits et plus grands.

We loved the location (very close to restaurants and Safeway) and the heated pool. House had a great floor plan and patio. Hostess responded quickly. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Furniture was older. Place was well-stocked but could use more wash clothes and cereal bowls.

A home away from home

My family and I had a wonderful time and felt at home. The location, the home itself and pool access were wonderful and the property owner was so nice and promptly communicated with us. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we entered the front door, we knew we had made a good choice. When we had questions, Deanna promptly returned our call. We will absolutely stay here the next time we are in Mesa.

Summary

Set up was great for 2 couples. I had to contact Deanna to actually get into the house, but that process was fast and easy. Real close to pool, short walk or parking area there. Quiet neighborhood but close to commercial area. Cute little patio - outside lights need bulbs. Washer and dryer worked with no issues. Would stay here again.

I am absolutely pissed off at this listing. Do NOT list a heated pool/hot tub when it’s NOT yours! I could’ve rented somewhere else instead of making trips to a COMMUNITY pool. I wanted PRIVACY. House was ok, but outdated and very limited supplies. Rather gone to a hotel.

A perfect home for your get away!

This is a very nice well maintained, clean, and well stocked townhouse. A good location in central Mesa.A short walk to the pool that is heated to 78 degrees in the winter months. The neighborhood is quite, and you will not be disappointed.

The "great"---The cleanliness. Incomparable. Spotless. Bed mattresses in perfect condition. TV's worked perfectly. All appliances in great condition. Not one chip in any floor tiles. Perfect communication. Deanna made a separate trip for a propane tank on the grill even when there was plenty of fuel in the existing one. Climate control worked perfectly. Pool and hot tub are both heated and got daily use. The garage was available and useful because we have a very nice car. It was a two-minute walk to the pool. The washer/dryer is huge and worked great. The furniture was in perfect condition. Needs improvement. The only issue was given 4 stars, one for each hour of sleep we got the first night because of the year-round resident in #109. Communication with Deanna about this resident was immediate. Her communication with the resident in #109 was just as immediate and effective. There were no problems the remainder of the stay. Deanna has committed to taking steps to fixing this issue for future renters of this unit. In the meantime, I recommend no TV, no talking, no "having fun" in the main bedroom unless informing Deanna of your intentions first. We communicated with Deanna and asked her to inform #109 of future activities in the room, such as getting up at 6:30 for departure prep. It is unfortunate that Deanna has no control over this issue unless the HOA gets involved. Deanna is a smart lady. She will figure this one out quickly.

Lovely Accommodations

This house was PERFECT for us! Clean, clean, clean! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable space, nice decor and "Oh, so comfortable master-bed". (no one stayed with us, but I assume the other beds were just as nice). We will be back, for sure!!

Awesome location in Mesa

Beautiful property that is very clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is small and quaint and very quiet. Also in walking distance from Safeway, Target, and many different restaurants. We also loved using the community pool. This is a great place. Note, the address is for the community. Check the unit number to find the exact location.

I love this community. I have several other rentals here and love the quiet, kind neighbors. The heated pool is a great asset to enjoy year round. I cannot find a better community and LOCATION!
