This home is charming and cozy and so perfect for a Murphy’s get-away. The location couldn’t be more convenient with easy walking to all the fun things on Main St. The beds are comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the best part is there’s plenty of room to hangout with friends and have meals or play games & visit. The property owners are easy to communicate with and are wonderful people. We love this place!

The host was very accommodating. The house is spacious, our 2 sons and their families stayed there for Thanksgiving. It was walking distance from our home in town so grandsons could come visit on their own. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay with dear friends

Beautifully restored home located in our favorite spot - Murphys, CA. The home is Spacious, very well equipped full kitchen, comfortable beds, great outdoor space! Walking distance to everything! Short driving distance to so many outdoor activities
we enjoyed hiking in the sierras, and the amazing Mercer Caverns. We were too busy to use the wide screen tv’s in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, however the “Alexa” was very entertaining we enjoyed a great 4 days in the Original Murphys Schoolhouse

Pre wedding get away

This house was perfect! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! I had a wonderful weekend getaway with my best friends and my daughters prior to my wedding. We had such a nice time. The rooms were nice and kitchen and bathrooms were updated. There was plenty of seating in the living room. The weather was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed spending time on the patio. Best of all, we were right in town and could walk everywhere . I would love to come back and stay here again!
