Stay right in the heart of historic downtown Murphys in your own cozy, little cottage. You can't find a better location than this newly renovated charming home! Located just steps away from dining, restaurants, and wine tasting.

Two bedroom, two bath (corner shower & shower/tub combo). Large tv in the living room as well as a tv in each bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room.

*Note: Landscaping to be installed in 2024 NO OVEN. Has two burner induction range, microwave and small Air Fryer

Everything was a breeze. House looks just as posted. Location was everything! It’s only one building off of main st. We walked everywhere. Just a terrific time!

Anna who acted as host was amazing. She was lovely, friendly and really helpful. The house was really comfortable for gathering and the layout was perfect for two couples. And the location was ideal.

Perfect location! You can walk to everything from this cute, clean, and comfortable house. If you're familiar with Murphy's you know how important it is to be able to walk through town- ubers are few and far between- ours never showed up for a concert that we went to at Ironstone. We had a great stay, great trip, and plan on coming back!

The location and description was very accurate as described. I was able to communicate with the property management. There were ants though, so maybe the property should be sprayed periodically to control that. But overall, i would definately recommend this property and would stay again with my husband and daughter.

You can’t beat the location!

Neat little house with more than enough room for my family of 5. Everything was very clean and tidy. The layout is a little odd but I wouldn’t deduct any points for that! It’s a unique little place that’s in the best location if you are spending time in Murphys, seriously. We were only in town for two nights, not long enough! We’ll be back!

Great location

Great location, steps from downtown. Clean and cozy. We brought cinnamon rolls for our granddaughter, didn’t realize there wasn’t an oven. But overall a great VRBO!

Great getaway

The location is amazing and the house was perfect. Each couple had their own private space and bathroom. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the cooktop to work with food and water in the pans. Other than that it was great!

This was a cute house with great location. Less then a block from downtown Murphy. Comfortable beds and soft blankets. It was a fun and relaxing weekend.

Great place & local property management- terrible VRBO management

Perfect location for enjoying Murphys! I worked directly with Murphys Vacation Rentals & they are excellent! However, VRBO keeps messaging me but cannot locate my actual reservation. So I was charged the VRBO fee and received zero services from them. I highly recommend working directly with Murphys Vacation rentals for this area.

Great location

You can not beat the location of this home. Perfect for four people. The only true disappointment is that there is no true oven as listed, it is an air fryer/oven so do not plan on cooking anything large.
