This large spacious Casita is located in the beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch golf community. Perfect for the avid golfer for any day of the week. Located on the fairway of hole number 2 of Golf Club of Estrella - ranked as one of the top 10 of Arizona's golf courses in Golf Digest magazine. Come, golf, relax and enjoy in a community with an ideal location. The golf course is literally 2 minutes away!!

Amenities include a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. You can find extra shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the drawers and cupboards under the bathroom sink. There are coffee pods available for you, and water and creamer in the fridge.

Please note that the unit does not have an oven or stove

Great stay. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge well stocked with water. Nice selection of coffee for the Keurig. Ran out of hand soap and the host had the replacement in minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This location was ideal for us, only about 5 mins. away from friends who reside in the same area. Nice area and quiet neighborhood. The casita (bedroom with en suite bath facilities) with a separate entrance on the main house was fine for a weekend stay. King bed was very comfortable with several pillows each. TV was good. Keurig coffee maker (which we found with a leftover pod and water in it) was nice, with plenty of pods to use; but the only 2 creamers available were flavored which isn't my cup of tea...or coffee...as the saying goes. A long chest of drawers acted as the place for the coffee maker, microwave, etc. There was a small dorm room size refrigerator well stocked with bottles of water (thank you!!!) and with a small freezer compartment (that needs some defrosting). Paper plates were available for our use which we appreciated, as were paper towels, 4 ceramic coffee mugs, but only plastic spoons for eating utensils (which seemed a bit odd to our point of view). Would also have been nice to have had a box of tissues and a nightstand clock for convenience. There is a nice courtyard area available for sitting, reading, etc., although we couldn't find any lighting for that particular area for evening use, only the light outside our door and by the garage; not a biggie and perhaps we just missed the switch or it was only available from inside the main home. The host, Matthew, was extremely helpful and very prompt in communicating which counts for a great deal in my book.

Quiet casita with all the ammenitities one might need. Clean, comfortable and the courtyard was an inviting bonus for sipping our morning coffee.

Convenient and well cared for Casita.

Location was very convenient for meeting with our family and the casita was well supplied with amenities like fridge stocked with water, plenty of k-cups for coffee, a microwave, air fryer, and bathroom stocked well. Beautiful and secure location. Owner was available if needed and easy to communicate with.

Great quaint little getaway! We enjoyed the cute little studio while visiting our family that was only blocks away. Very convenient and comfortable. A great place if you’re looking for a nice spot near a great golf course and quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. The host was absolutely fantastic, we appreciate his hospitality greatly!

Spring training at Estrella

Conveniently located guest room in gated community. Separate access from house. Fully stocked fridge with water and beer! Great spot for visiting Guardians and Reds at nearby Goodyear.

Exceptional stay

We absolutely loved our time in beautiful Arizona, and staying in this casita added to our experience. Located in a peaceful, quiet golf community, we felt welcomed, and at home. The owner went out of his way making sure our stay was his priority providing everything we needed. He could not have been a more top-level host. We look forward to staying here in the future when we visit Arizona again.

Amazing Place

This is a beautiful place to stay. We were in town for spring training and it had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with cold water and even some adult refreshments, which was nice after our travels. Coffee and creamer/ sugar is provided as well. It was very clean and comfortable. There is soap and shampoo and body wash in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. Matthew was awesome to deal with and quick to respond. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. Very private. We will be staying here again the next time we are in town!

Pleasant Area

Located in a pleasant residential community that is quiet, reasonably well maintained and area felt secure. Matthew was pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were similar to a Baymont Hotel in that it was a large bedroom/bath with a king bed. Carpeting is throughout except for wet areas (bath...). Primary windows opened into a dark court yard. We arrived at night so it was a challenge finding the address as the community architecture is similar and addresses were not illuminated. We parked the car and walked the street to find the right place. Lighting could be better...owners probably just forgot.
