Had a wonderful 2-week stay here. The home was incredibly well appointed, truly every kitchen tool you could need, plus fully stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and one of my favorite parts of each day was relaxing by the pool and watching the beautiful sunsets every evening. The host was also very responsive and helpful anytime I had questions. And..the living room sofa may have been the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. Highly recommend!

Our host was great. Jason does a great job of communicating and making sure you have everything for your stay. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. We spent 11 nights and wish we could stay another 11 nights. We had our adult children and granddaughter spend the weekends with us. I can't imagine anyone finding anything wrong with the house, location, or the host.

Winter escape

We stayed 2 months. House very spacious and well stocked. Excellent location! Jason, our host, was very responsive with any general questions we had. Would highly recommend and would stay at this VRBO again.

Lovely home in lovely neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our three night stay. Property is as described. The neighborhood felt very safe and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Patio area was lovely and serene. I would stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of nearby trails and parks. Convenient to everything. The house was very clean, in great condition and very well stocked with everything needed.

Impressive

The location was extremely close to watch preseason baseball! Many restaurants close by to choose from. There was a park with walking trails just minutes away. The house was impressive! It was decorated nicely. It was very clean. It was also well stocked with necessities.

Restful Retreat!!

Perfect place to stay for our family. Close to baseball, restaurants, shopping but we loved the pool and air conditioned house!! Everything we needed in a hoise. Well stocked with essentials - spices, Kiera coffe pods, TP, paper towels, shampoos, hair dryer. Even water and beer!! I rate this a 10!! It was such a wonderful weekend with our family and to celebrate my husbands 70th Birthday with baseball and food!! What can be better! Thank you!!

All we needed-and more!

We were very pleased with our stay here for our Spring Training trip. The Goodyear ballpark was literally 6 easy minutes away. We sat by the pool every morning and evening enjoying the relaxing and beautiful backyard space. We all found our beds very comfortable (very important!). The neighborhood provided a safe, easy place to walk in the morning. We all were tickled to find the home with so many extras for the guests. We were especially pleased with finding coffee pods, creamers and sweeteners to last throughout our stay. We hope to be back!

Great Spring in Arizona!!

Better lighting. More seating (especially in master bedroom). Quite difficult to watch television sitting on the bed. We watched more television on this trip due the fewer baseball games we usually attended. We enjoyed the home and thankful for all the amenities.

DISAPPOINTMENT

Our expectations from the house description were not met. The host was not accommodating. Several times,, we told the host we could not get the tv to work . We could not connect with Hulu Live like he said and connect to the 75 channels that were available. No local or news channels were available , only through HULU LIve. The Super Bowl was fast approaching and we repeatedly asked for help. He sent us a few texts which did not help.. We asked him to please come and help us. He did not!! Sadly,we did not see the Super Bowl!! We had limited tv while we were there. We got Netflix and regular Hulu with reruns. The tv in the master bedroom could ONLY we used if you played a DVD. What? This was so unclear in the house description. OTHER ISSUES: 1. The pool patio and patio table were dirty. The pool cleaner person was to come on Thursday, the day we arrived. The pool was not clean, and it was dirty the entire 5 days we were there. 2. Outside lights on each side of the garage were not working. A safety issue. 3. Garage door remote- not working 4. Filtered water system- not working 5. Many clocks with batteries that needed replacing 6. Dog urine spots ,etc. on carpet in master bedroom from previous renters. 7. Two tears and holes in ottoman covered by a throw blanket draped over it. 8. We did enjoy the bottled water, Keurig coffee and well stocked items available.

Excellent Stay

The house was perfect. The property manager was excellent to work with. The pool was so wonderful and looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Even though it was hot outside the the air conditioner and ceiling fans worked well. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Great property!

This is a great property. Clean and well kept. Check in was a breeze. Super responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store. Close to nice parks. The boys loved the pool and ping pong table. Fresh lemons for lemonade from the tree in the yard. Huge closets. Nice master bathroom. Comfortable outdoor living space. Nice office space. No cable tv BUT all of the streaming services. This house has AMAZING wi-fi connectivity. Our family of 4 had no less than 12 devices connected not counting the properties 2 TVs with no problems the entire week. Remarkable. I would definitely stay again.
