Very clean and nicely updated condo. We loved having a king size bed in each bedroom. The beach was awesome ! We also enjoyed the huge pool and hot tub! People in the guardhouse were very fun and helpful. Our Host was wonderful and patient! We saw dolphins, manatees and rays from the balcony! This was definitely a great find for our family!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beachfront condo. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and the walking boardwalk.

Great Unit

This unit is perfect. We would have already booked it again for next year if it was available. Property is in really good shape considering all the hurricanes. Highly recommend this place.

LOVE this condo

This is our 4th time staying at Land’s End and this is our favorite condo on the bay side! Updated condo is beautiful and so relaxing to listen to the music at the restaurants across the water.

We loved our stay at Lands End even though the weather did NOT cooperate. The condo was great and pool was Awesome! If the weather would have been warm the beach would have been perfect as well. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Land’s End

Perfect unit, clean and well accommodated with appliances, linens and amenities. A/C struggled to get near 70 but ceiling fans and two additional floor fans helped. BR faucets were weak but the showers and kitchen were good. Balcony just enough for 4 to enjoy the sunrise and watch the antics on the dog beach and boats in the waterway. Walk to the beach a snap, pool was FANTASTIC! Very pleasant stay!!

Wonderful Place!

We've been coming to Treasure Island for over 10 years, and haven't rented at several properties. This was our favorite place! The beach is nice and quiet, not overpacked with people, and my boys loved fishing on the rocks. It's a clean, nice property. We loved the condo! Updated and pretty! The one and only complaint I would have is that the cleaners need to wipe the washing machine from mold build up with the door being shut and moisture staying in! Beautiful place and definitely want to go back! Wish I was still there!

Security was doing there job when they approached us about our kids playing catch in the pool but he used profanity many times while handling the situation. Scott was the security persons name.

The condo was very nice. The beds are not the greatest, and the living room couch was a bit worn out, but the condo itself had everything we needed and was a nice place. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the activity on the bay waters. There are restaurants across the water that have live music you can hear in the condo, but we did not find it disturbing. We enjoyed it actually. Nice pool and property amenities, but a bit of a drive to restaurants and shops since it is at the end of the island. This is not a party place, but a great place to come relax.

Beautiful waterfront views

Beautiful property with beautiful sunrises and excellent beaches with gorgeous sunsets! The complex has beautiful boardwalk surrounding it so it has beautiful views everywhere. The pool is large and very beautiful and clean. Even though condo is bay front it’s only a short walk to enjoy the beach that had amazing shelling! My husband was able to fish right in bay on dog beach and loved it. And we saw several dolphins in the bay right outside our balcony and got to enjoy the music across the way from waterfront bars. It was not disturbing and was not heard with patio doors closed. Condo was stocked with many needed necessities and beach items! Would stay here again!

There is a walking boardwalk around the area which was super nice to get some steps in or just view the water, boats etc. The condo itself was very nice!! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms....all very nice!! The one exception was the mattresses on ALL the beds could use an update !! I’ve seen that mentioned in other reviews and now I can say their complaints about mattress are REAL!!! 😂😂 That wouldn’t stop me from giving this place a great review though!!! If you decide to rent you won’t be disappointed !!

Hvac problem

Everything was great, except a moldy smell from the HVAC unit. They did send someone to look at it, but he did not fix the problem. The air quality was terrible and it was to hot to open the doors. The coil on the evaporator needs to be acid cleaned. There is a crust growing on the coil.

Condo review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very clean upon arrival and everything was as pictured. Bonnie was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. Stocked great with starter items and the grounds were well maintained. Starting night one of our stay, the condo a couple down from this one was doing renovations so we had to listen to hammer drilling everyday throughout the entire day for the whole week. Bonnie called to let us know the elevator was going to be down for floor replacement on the 5th which if fact took way longer than the one day they said it would (according to the sign on the elevator) and when allowed to use the elevator outside of working hours, it was so dirty with saw dust and wood chips everywhere—so unsafe for our 2year old. Lastly, Bonnie called to inform us of roof replacement on the building this condo is in...so needless to say, we listened to drilling, hammering, etc for the entire week and did not have access to the elevator for several days as well. Very disappointed with as much as we paid for the unit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would be a nice place if it were cleaned. Pans had food in them. Looks like was used and put back. Plates had food crumbs on them. At room had pink ,mold or soap scum. Dusty furniture. Dust balls rolling around. The broom looks like it belonged in a barber shop. So much fuzz and hair on it. I have pictures of all of it. I was told I would get back a partial refund for cleaning. Haven’t seen that yet. Was told the pink mold was staining. Well I washed it with a sponge and it came off. Pics of that as well. Could be a nice place but I would never stay there again. I should get a full refund living in someone else’s filth. Might want to check your cleaning service because they are not doing their job.

This condo has PLENTY of throws, 4 beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, a coffeemaker & keurig and a crackpot. It has inflatables, 2 pool noodles, buckets and shovels, 4 beach chairs, misc beach toys AND fishing stuff!As far as the rest of the place. The beds were oh-so comfy! The balcony faces the bay and 2 restaurants/bars. Yes, one has live music every day BUT..the doors have great insulation. We didn't hear it unless the back door was cracked. We hope you see the dolphins and manatees as we did! The pool and beach are a really short walk. The pool has so many rules, you will feel like you are in grade school again. The beach is private and OH-SO full of shells! You will NOT need a separate shelling tour! It made this girls heart happy!And. I'm from Arkansas...idk where the Irvine location is coming from.
