Notre condominium de deux chambres / deux salles de bain fait partie des unités les plus grandes disponibles dans le comté de Tampa-St. Région de Pete-Clearwater Beach. 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de Tampa avec Clearwater Beach au nord et St. Pete Beach au sud. Madeira Beach est réputée pour son sable fin et doux, ainsi que pour son climat presque parfait toute l'année.

Las Brisas est un condominium de 40 étages comprenant un parking privé, un accès facile, un ascenseur, une piscine chauffée en bord de plage, des espaces familiaux Tiki Hut avec barbecue en plein air, tables de pique-nique, terrasse et, bien sûr, une plage fabuleuse. Voir les dauphins nagent par droit de votre balcon. Profitez des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle ... À quelques minutes de John's Pass, l’une des destinations les plus populaires avec ses restaurants de fruits de mer, ses charters de pêche, son parachute ascensionnel, sa location de coureurs de vagues et de kayaks et son ancienne promenade en bois bordée de boutiques intéressantes. Went on a "mom" trip and this condo was perfect! We saw dolphins every morning as we sat on the balcony. Everything you need is right there!. Stocked very well..even TP and paper towels! This condo was very clean as well! We def enjoyed our vacation! Also, plenty of beach chairs and umbrella to each the ocean up close...then the beach loungers provided were awesome! Thanks!!

The Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked and right on the beach. The beach lounge chairs that are included in the rental were a very nice touch. Walter and Maureen also offer everything else you would need to spend the day at the ocean. Beach chairs, rafts, a pump and sand toys for kids. Everything you need to grill if you choose. Plus less than 2 miles away from St. John’s pass, Publix’s and Walmart. Great location, great condo, great beach!

the unit was well stocked, the kitchen was excellent, throughout the unit there were things like kleenex, night lights in all rooms and hall, light switches all labeled, extra trash bags, beach toys. chairs, laundry supplies. Hosts were quick to reply and the pool was actually warm.

Very clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to have all of the household items upon check in including hand soap, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies and beach towels/chairs. Enjoyed the firework display put on by a large family in front of the condo.

Spring Getaway

Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & of course the beach. We went to spring training baseball games, hired a fishing charter and still found plenty of time to relax in this beautiful unit.

It was great to be back in Madeira Beach. The condo was well stocked with all kitchen supplies, pots/pans, and appliances. Very convenient to all the things that we wanted to do. It was sad to see all the surrounding condos still under construction from hurricane damage. Umbrella service was a very nice touch. Thank you for being a great vacation for us.

Great Location

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We provide caring hospitality that you will rarely find when renting a condo. We respond personally and quickly whenever you have a question, special request, or problem. We stock and maintain our condo ourselves, and include little essentials that mean a lot. You won’t be wasting time and money shopping for dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, coffee filters or paper products. The small things we do, as well as being competitively priced, help us stand out in the crowd. Just bring your clothing, personal items, and sunscreen. Besides food, that is all you will need! We directly overlook the pool and the beach. No worries about slow elevator problems because our condo is just one flight up and near the stairway.
