Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and well maintained. The process of checking in and checking out was very easy and well explained. The NextHome staff that I spoke to were always very kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better place the spend a family vacation close to the beach and with such a beautiful well kept grounds. I will be booking a stay through NextHome again in the future!

The South Beach Condo Hotel was your typical vacation spot. The building is older and a little worn down, but overall very well kept. Accessible parking, clean pool, and a nice walking path just between the condo building and the beach! Great vacation spot and would definitely recommend!

Great Time

Great stay at Treasure Island

We had a great stay at the South Beach Condo Hotel. The condo was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms, nice living room, and balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf. We enjoyed table tennis and shuffleboard on the grounds, and of course the beautiful wide beach.

Stayed for Christmas

My husband and 3 children and I stayed for Christmas and had a wonderful time. It was clean, easy access to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. They view was beautiful, the pool was heated and none of us wanted to leave.
