The unit is a little outdated , and it was definitely not that clean . Pillows are needing to be replaced and the master bed was quite lumpy. Location is good other than a few things we had a great time..

Great location, fantastic view. Beach view from the living room and master bedroom is incredible. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, beach shops and a Publix all within very easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare your own meals as well as a coffee maker, toaster and a blender. The only thing that could be improved is the furniture and the bed in the master. They're usable and not the worst but you can tell they are all very worn and in need of replacing. The bed and the couch both sink in pretty far when you sit or lay down. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very nice and very clean but the furnishings could use some updating. The view is really outstanding from the balcony- incredible sunsets! The pool area with the hot tub was very nice. Very good accessibility to the beach and the location itself is great ! We will definitely be back!

Total unobstructed view of beach. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of pillows and comfortable beds. Washer and dryer worked beautifully. We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location was right on the beach, with gorgeous views, and offered exactly what we needed for a restful trip at a great price. The condo is quaint and quiet overall, though we did notice you can hear footsteps if there are guests above you. The condo itself is a little dated and could use some upgrades—like the dishwasher, which wasn’t cleaning dishes well—and a thorough cleaning, as we noticed some rust and mold in the bathroom and laundry area. None of this ruined our stay, though—it’s just something to be aware of.It’s important to note there’s only one elevator, so during busy times, getting to the fourth floor might take a little patience. Across the street is Scoops Away, an adorable ice cream spot we loved. We recommend bringing fans if you like white noise and your own detergent if you plan on laundry. Also, parking is underneath the condo; we drove a Jeep Grand Wagoneer, and it barely fit—so a smaller vehicle might be easier.Communication with the owner was super easy, and the check-in process was seamless. Overall, despite the quirks, we truly enjoyed our stay.
