IT IS SET IN AN IDYLLIC LOCATION CLOSE TO MANY FACILITIES WE KNOW AND USE. THE CONDO IS WELL STRUCTURED, FITTING THE MEEDS AND ASPIRATIONS OF OUR FAMILY. IT WAS IMMACULATE, WELL STOCKED AND MAINTAINED. OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED. IN REGARDS TO OTHER PERSONS AT THE RESORT AT TJE SAME TIME AS OURSELVES, THEY WERE ALL EXTREMELY FRINDLY AND MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME, WVE THOUGH IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME. AS A FAMILY WE WOULD NOT HEISITATE IN CONSIDERING FUTURE STAYS AND RECOMMENDING IT TONOTHER PEOPLE. THE VIEW AT SUNRISE WAS INCREDIBLE, WITH THE MANATEES AND THE DOLPHINS AND SOMETHING WE WILL MISS.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Short walk to beach with beach access path across street. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Pool area and view of bay on the back of property is really nice - scenic and peaceful. The property was clean and well maintained. Pool was clean and warm. Hot tub was clean and hot. No show stoppers, but some minor issues: The condo was fairly small, but 4 guests really had no problem. I wouldn't try and fit more than 4. No electronic locks on main building door or condo door, so you have to carry keys or you will get locked out.
