The perfect condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose “The perfect condo” as the tile because honestly every part of it stay here was just that! Perfect space for myself and 3 18yr old teen adults! The condo was spacious and to our surprise, provided us with all the beach necessities(the best beach chairs I’ve ever encountered, from pockets and pouches with zippers, easy to fold/unfold, to being able to carry them as a back pack. A cooler, football, volleyball and umbrellas!!!)! Speaking of the beach, this condo was the PERFECT location. Directly across Gulf blvd, we could watch the sunset over the ocean every night from our patio. We were welcomed by manatees swimming in the bay behind us multiple mornings and enjoyed our coffee on the dock watching the sunrise! We decided to cook our own breakfast and the kitchen was fully stocked with any and all needs. For lunch and dinner fast food,restaurants and convenience stores were on both sides on walking distance. The pool area is extremely relaxing and the hot tub came in handy for the chilly nights. I truly am so grateful as this was a last minute reservation and I was not sure what I’d be walking into. Communication was prompt and easy.

Great stay!

Property was clean and well stocked. It was nice having a kitchen space for breakfast and lunches. Probably needs a little updating but it had everything we needed. Blinds need replaced! Across the street from entrance to beach. Short walk. We had to buy chairs and umbrella as the ones on property were broken. Clean and nice people on site!

Great stay

Place was clean with a nice pool and tennis court. Have to cross the street to the beach but not bad. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but no complaints on my end

June 2024 stay

The property is located close to the beach. Just a short walk across the Blvd. I like to cook a lot of our meals so it would have been nice to better cookware/bakeware. There were no pantry items so it was expensive to purchase everything including laundry supplies. I liked the layout and large back patio. King bed was not comfortable but I am picky about a good mattress. I am staying at this property again in July but in another unit on the 5th floor near the water with more amenities suited to me and my daughter. I do recommend this property.

Sunrise Resort Getaway

We enjoyed our 2 wk stay. Condo was comfy, clean, and included all necessary utensils. The view was lovely, as was the pool. The beach was also just a few minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Perfect Family Weekend

We absolutely loved the condo and it was perfect for our family to get away for a long weekend. The kids absolutely loved having their own room on vacation and my husband I enjoyed sitting on the deck as the sun went down having our glass of wine. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had breakfast and lunch at the condo daily and would go out to dinner. Next we will check out the on site grills and deff grill out while the kids play in the pool. Check in was clear and easy, everything was outlined as what would be provided in the unit and they had it and more. Thanks for an excellent stay!

St Pete's stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. The only issue was that they were painting the hallway stairs on the Friday. They told us the day before. We either had to stay in our condo or stay out for 4 hours. It wasn't too much of a problem but this was in the middle of the day and it was a small inconvenience. But besides that, the location was great and the condo was exactly what we expected.

Great location and property has everything you need

We had plenty of room (2 people) for a nice stay. The property is well stocked and had everything we needed. Love the location as it's walking distance (or a short Uber ride) to everywhere I like to go on St. Pete Beach. We really enjoyed the balcony as a place to unwind after a long day.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is great. It is not beachfront, and you cannot see the sunrise from the location but you can walk across the street and see thensunset on the ocean. Did not have tonuse our car the whole time we were there. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. Overall decent, but not very clean. It needs a deep clean, looks like it gets surface cleaned only. The bed sheets are like paper. The shower curtain was very cheap and kept coming off the hooks along with he hooks falling off in the master. The condo could use some updating for the price you pay to stay there. They left sample items of shampoo, body soap and dishwasher detergent. Hand soap would be the one major household item I would add especially for weekenders who aren't shopping to stay a lengthy amount of time.

Reviewer Comments: Power goes out next morning in room 206 never comes back on had to move all of our food and clothes to room 212 with a terrible view of the tennis court!I think we deserve a free night for the inconvenience and I would pay for the other 3 days please let me know.Overall we liked the area and restaurants.
