The condo was way more spacious than expected! We absolutely loved the patio area leading to the pool! It was private and a great spot to relax and hang towels and such! Condo was awesome. We will be returning

Extremely pleasant experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect size for 2 families of 4. The proximity to the beach was very nice, maybe a 3 minute walk. We were also able to walk to nearby cafe and restaurants. The pool is really nice, our unit had private access to the pool area as well as large private outdoor patio area with a large table, chairs, pool toys and beach gear. We will consider staying here again in future.

An absolute gem of a home!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this property. The pictures do not do it justice. I am absolutely booking this for our vacations in the future. My family needed a nice space to grieve the loss of my mom and this house was the most perfect place. Thank you for an accurate listing and a wonderful property. We will be back!

Always a good place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was completely updated with new appliances, cabinetry etc, the only issue was a ceiling leak from the unit above. We have stayed there before and that was an unfortunate first.

Birthday celebration St Pete Beach

The condo was very roomy and airy, plenty of room for me and my guests. Some problems with plumbing that was rectified within 24 hours. We were required to take care of the laundry (towels mostly) but both washer and dryer were in working properly. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. kitchen was well supplied with necessary utensils, etc. All in all a very pleasant st ay.

Family Trip

The property was very nice and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided. Water pressure in the showers was low but we managed. A/C worked great! The ceiling fan in the back bedroom was missing the chain to turn off the light. The pool was very cloudy. We were told that the pump was not working properly. Beach was about 3 blocks away. Very nice place! We would stay again.

Fun family vacation

We visit St. Pete every year and our kids are getting older so we enjoy everything being walking distance like the beach, restaurants, ice cream and gift shops. Everything was clean and had the amenities to make it feel like home. Parking was close enough, we never worried about our vehicle. Pool was always clean. Private yard area was nice. Only concern I had was the master bedroom bed was broke and sleeping on it for 8 days took a toll on both my wife and I, we are kinda young and I wouldn’t want to try sleeping on it if I was older or over weight. My family enjoyed the space over all and we would definitely try to rent again if available. I would also recommend.

We picked this unit (3 bedroom) so everyone would have their own private area. The common area was great as well. The only issues were low water pressure in the master bath and the master bed was uncomfortable and to the point of replacement. Would stay at this location again.

The private garden and patio area was excellent for our kids, provided direct private access to the pool and we were a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo was well appointed - the only reason I didn’t give this unit 5 stars is because of the condition of the mattresses. We slept okay, but I was expecting to have a better bed in a rental unit.

Please change your archaic front door lock with lock box. Both the lock box and deadbolt are cumbersome to open. A new digital keypad entry system would make this unit a 10! We will rent it again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is very quiet and well located, a quick walk away from the beach, so it’s easy to go see gorgeous sunsets or go swim and wait for dolphins. The pool is also great for a quick swim, especially with kids as it’s heated. The place is spacious, and the private patio/garden is very convenient, with enough shade and sun for all tastes and direct access to the pool! The only drawback is that the door of the master bedroom currently does not close, and it's not clear when this will get fixed. Despite this issue, we very much enjoyed our time there and had a great experience overall.

Beach and Bach weekend

Reviewer Comments: It was a nice location ,within walking distance to the beach and a main strip, of local businesses . We were able to walk to some places to eat/drink. The apartment was clean, good amount of space. Each room was nice , but the 3rd room with the daybed was not ideal. The mattresses were not that comfortable , aside from that it was great spot !
