La propriété: Cette maison bien meublée a tout vous attend. Décoré avec un style Floridien, cela est vraiment spacieuse 1800 sq. Ft. De maison loin de la maison. Que vous planifiez un séjour en famille (être sûr de voir notre liste d'équipements de la famille) ou un adulte fun-in-the-sun-end, vous trouverez cette maison a tout
vous aurez besoin pour une escapade parfaite. Il suffit d'apporter vos maillots de bain, lunettes de soleil et la caméra pour les couchers de soleil! Si vous avez besoin de toucher la base avec «le bureau», notre accès internet wi-fi gratuit est à votre portée.

Dans une courte promenade (2-3 blocs): Plusieurs restaurants, des boutiques, un supermarché, des églises et dans la rue de la plage de sable blanc.

Les spécificités: 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains comprennent un Master king-size
chambre avec vue sur l'Intracoastal Waterway avec walk-in

Wonderful stay in Treasure Island. Condo is well equipped including beach supplies. Communication was outstanding. Have been coming to the area for several years and this was the best condo we have stayed at.

This place was great! The beach was right across the road. The kids enjoyed the pool and the view from the balcony was great! The condo had everything we needed and more. I had a question when we first arrived and Amy answered right away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Treasure Island Escape

A near perfect place! The space (very cozy), amenities (plentiful) and location (walkable to everything!) exceeded expectations. Grocery store is less than a block away and the longest walk to the beach is actually walking on the beach!I would 100% recommend this property!

Great family spot!

Condo was clean and well kept. Place had everything needed for young kids, including some great beach toys! Easy walk to the beach and shops. Definitely plan on coming back!

Great access to the beach, beautiful views of the ICW, within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, live music, shelling, and attractions, beach sidewalk is nice added bonus. Clean modern condo with nice layout.

Florida Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Treasure Island. Amy was a wonderful host and everything was very clean. Beds were comfy and there were so many amenities for a family going on vacation. We were close to shops, restaurants, the pool and beach. We were able to go fishing and enjoyed watching the dolphins while drinking our coffee every morning. We've stayed here once before and will definitely be back again :). We highly recommend vacationing here!!!!!

Wonderful stay!

Despite having unusual chilly weather, this tow house was really what we needed. The new kitchen update was a surprise to us and we enjoyed it. Any was excellent at responding to a minor issue we had, overall it was a good trip to celebrate Christmas.

This property was very clean and organized. It was nice and roomy for everyone to spread out and relax. Appreciate the 2.5 baths. There is nothing negative to say about this property. The parking was handy with a space provided. Would definitely stay again.

We had more than enough space and utilized the full kitchen and laundry facilities. There were a few things wrong from the previous renters but the owner addressed these as quickly as possible. Thanks for a great week!

Great Unit!

Everything you could want in a rental unit! I could live there year round. Only negative thing I can think of, the pool was cold. Probably wasn’t a heated pool?? Otherwise I would highly recommend.

Spring Break

What a nice property. Newly updated and very well stocked. The owner has thought of everything. Appreciated not having to tote all our own beach stuff. She had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect. Beach and pool just few short steps away. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Treasure Island 2025

We really enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island. The location was fabulous, and the rental was very spacious, quiet area and very walkable. The view was great to capture sunrises and enjoy the deck for meals. The only complaint would be the upstairs is carpeted and smelled musty and really needed a good cleaning. I did not reach out to Amy, the host, only because I didn't see much to be done with the situation. Amy was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and overall, really enjoyed our girls get away to Treasure Island.

Lisa... I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, including our location and views. I enjoy the sunrises with coffee on the deck, as well! Especially when the dolphins swim by! I do wish you had reached out to me regarding the upstairs. A musty smell is unusual and we have not had anyone mention this with their stays. I will follow up with our cleaning team and schedule the carpet upstairs to get cleaned asap! We do hope you come back and stay with us again!

Our story began with an "arranged" meeting at a restaurant in downtown St Pete 30 years ago, how Apropos! Adventure led us to Pennsylvania, but we continued to visit St Pete over the years, loving the white sandy beaches and community of Treasure Island. Sharing our home with family and friends, and guests from all over the world has been such a joy. We love hearing from people that have stayed with us, and how they love Treasure Island as much as we do. The thought of "filling our Treasure Island Escape" with the laughter and love of so many families brings us joy!

We love the walkability of Treasure Island. My kids are so comfortable walking to get ice cream or to Publix for a quick errand, like you are in a small town community. There are many fabulous restaurants, boutiques, and shops to explore.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We absolutely love being on the Intercoastal waterway, watching the Florida water-wildlife in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony. Treasure Island is a walkable get-away, an escape to slow down and enjoy each other's company, play card games, read a good book by the pool and watch the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine!
