My family enjoyed a delightful stay at Edgewater in a Golf Villa. Our Host very helpful, proactively communicative & accommodating to our arrival needs. Hands down a great experience in this Golf Villa - clean, welcoming and fully equipped. Comfortable vacation accommodations for our 4 adults and one teen with no complaints!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort! The condo was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place for our family to relax after a day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was well-maintained and inviting.One of our favorite parts of the resort was the variety of pool options—there’s something for everyone! We also loved sitting on the balcony and watching the turtles in the pond, which was such a peaceful and unique touch.The location is fantastic, the resort is beautiful, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We truly felt at home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway in Panama City Beach!

Flamingo Sunset

We had a great stay in PCB at this property. It was clean and exactly as described. The resort has a ton of amenities that were awesome for our family and this property was comfortable and provided everything we needed to have a great week at the beach. We'd definitely book again!

Nice amenities with the pools, shuttle, etc. Grandkids loved the turtles. Resort workers were friendly and helpful. Unit was not cleaned very well. A line of dead bugs behind the furniture in living room. Definitely could use an update of dining table (Old wood and sticky) and living room coffee table and tv stand also kind of rough. The carpet in bedroom and rugs in living room felt dirty and looked really used. The kitchen doesn’t even have salt and pepper. So you’ll need to bring anything like that that you will need. One suggestion and safety warning; the balconies were nice, but the bars are too far apart for little kids to be safe. We had twin 18 month old girls and had to constantly guard the doors when their siblings would go on the balcony to watch the turtles. So we couldn’t really enjoy the balconies for constantly having to make sure the babies weren’t going to fall through. It’s just not safe for littles.

Perfect Experience

We were IN LOVE with this villa. It was bright, clean, and amazing. We talked the whole week how nice it was. Location is perfect. Being on the end of the complex also made it feel bigger. Rooms were huge and comfy. SO much seating that was perfect for game nights. We are already planning on going back.

Loved Our stay here!

Super cute condo that was so clean and spacious. Not right on the beach but the tram system is very efficient and they get you to the beach super quick. We loved how calm and peaceful the neighborhood was. We had a great stay!

Last week of July Cheer camp

I loved that this was an end and second floor unit. I didn’t want to stay in the towers and have to wait on elevators. It was quieter and more peaceful than staying in the towers yet very convenient to get to the beach, larger pools and other amenities. When we checked in there were not any sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa but when I called they brought them to us. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this unit and the management property.

Very beautiful condo, clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed except for a blender! We love staying at Edgewater! Would highly recommend this condo for a family!

LOVED THIS PROPERTY

My husband and 13 year old stayed at this property and absoulutely loved our stay. we actually found ourselves needing to stay another night and we contacted the property manager and they made it happen for us. Very clean propery, very convenient to alot of great things in Panama City. Would love to stay at this property again and would recommend to anyone.

Villa 907

The condo was super nice and very spacious! The patio furniture was not clean and the patio floor was really dirty. Would strongly recommend that your cleaning crew clean everything on patio including sweeping the patio. We really enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.
