Everything was beautiful here and we loved this condo! Overall I do recommend staying here! Perfect for families lots of pools, the food at H2O is and drinks are amazing!!

The process was straightforward for entry, parking, etc. The place was clean (except for sand of course) It was a great view, with lots of pools. The master suite was huge!! The elevator was always super fast too! Would stay here again for sure.

Was a nice stay. Love the master bedroom off balcony. We checked on 2 days early due to no ones fault. The day we checked out though the water went out for a few hours. Getting ahold of someone was pretty difficult and canned auto responses 9 out of 10 times. The place was nice though. Would stay again.

It was like staying in a cheap motel with new flooring.
I loved the area, always did, but was not happy with the dwellings....please wash the blankets at least, change the nasty living room furniture and broken microwave ( you exposed my whole family to bad radiation that way)and old rusted washer and dryer.

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides only a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and trash bags. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. If toilet paper or dish detergent was not provided to being your stay or dish towels, we would have been more than happy to bring you some had we been aware. We apologize for any inconvenience. The location was perfect but the condo was not cleaned before we arrived.
The condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty, literally our feet were disgusting after walking on them. The shower curtain had blood stains on it. The bed sheets had not been changed. For the money we paid to stay, I shouldnât have had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean on my vacation.

We are truly sorry that the condo was not properly cleaned prior to your arrival. Our records indicate that you reached out to us about the shower curtain but did not mention that the unit was not cleaned, the sheets weren't changed, etc. If we had known about this during your stay, we would have absolutely sent a new cleaning crew with the shower curtain we brought over. We're glad that the location was perfect and we hope you had fun on our beautiful beaches.
Ever saw a tik tok showing house flippers where they use the cheapest stuff and paint to fix everything? Yeah that's this place. The shower heads are so weak it won't get the sand out of short hair. It's less stocked than a $40 a night motel 6 (no coffee, salt, pepper or even a mint on the pillow. Everything works and is clean, but definitely some good photography work for the page. The view of the beach are amazing though and that's what you're paying for. Overall it wasn't horrible, but wasn't great either.

Would Not Stay at Majestic Again and Not Likely to use Real Joy Vacation Services
We arrived an hour before check-in on 6/18 because we know the process of high-rises & luggage karts only to have to wait an extra 45 minutes in the heat outside of our condo for the cleaning to be finished. The unit was still subpar for it to be considered "clean". There was sand and trash under beds & chairs. Master & twin bunk comforters had not been washed. The cleaner informed us the AC was not working properly at 336 pm. I immediately contacted Real Joy management about the issue for it not to be fixed until Sunday after numerous texts & calls. We could not open the curtains or go in & out of the patio bc it would heat up the condo we had to use 4 fans to keep bearable. We missed our dinner reservations on Father's Day because no one could take hot showers or use hair dryers to get ready appropriately. The patio chair leg broke completely off when my 150lb 15 year sat down, only for the next chair to do nearly the same thing. Holes in walls & cheap furniture/mattresses. We could not get the master TV to have any channels. We contacted Real Joy on 6/20 for someone to come by and say "oh a few cables had to be moved around"-I'm not sure why someone wouldn't make sure the TVs are working and remotes are in the rooms before check in. 6/20 we needed to do dishes, opened the dishwasher for it to be packed full of unclean dishes & the entire bottom of the dishwasher to be clogged with grease. The smell was horrible after I had opened the dishwasher. The oven had dirty dishes in it as well. Real Joy was notified at 421 pm about the dishwasher and dirty dishes and I received a response "I can have someone stop by tomorrow to do that". The condo does not include chair rental which we were aware of. What we weren't aware of is that it would be over $400 for 6 days of chair rentals that are ridiculously far back from the waters edge & anyone can setup chairs and umbrellas right in front of your paid for area which is beyond cramped all the way to the waters edge. We had to setup on the beach no later than 530 a.m. every day so that people would not sit literally on top of us or in front of the water view or move our stuff as we saw happen to others. There was mold in the rec room where ping pong and pool tables are located. Security is never to be found when the noise levels are ridiculous after 10 p.m. I had to wake up the security guard to let me in the parking deck after I went to get coffee. I would not recommend staying at Majestic Towers.
Danielle, We are sorry that your stay was full of frustrating experiences. According to our records, we sent a tech out to assess the A/C within minutes of being made aware that an issue existed. The tech could not service the issue because the unit was under warranty with an A/C company. The A/C company came out that evening and verified that the unit was working properly and holding at 70 degrees. Because we do not live in the units, we rely on our guests to let us know if things are not as they should be. While we are sorry that you had so many unfortunate issues, our records indicate that each one was handled professionally and dealt with in a timely manner. We hope you enjoyed exploring local attractions and had a safe trip home.
