Boasting multiple balconies, two full kitchens, six bedrooms, and beach access, guests will have no problem spreading out and finding their own peace and quiet. Enjoy meals on the back patio with loved ones or bring a picnic down to the beach with a good book and simply relax in bliss. Reminisce with family and friends in the sunroom to escape the heat for a bit and head inside to enjoy a movie night with everyone when the stars come out. Throw sandy clothes in the private washer and dryer and doze off to the sound of the tide in the distance to recharge for more exciting days ahead.

Families will love the location of this home, as there are exciting things to do within a short drive of your front door. For some fun away from the beach, head over to Professor Hacker's Dinosaur Adventure Golf, Hawaiian Rumble Golf & Batting Cages, or Alligator Adventure for various amusements perfect for all ages! The space is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. You can’t beat the location and price. However, there are several minor things that need fixing and some attention. Other than that, perfect stay.

Great location and layout

Being right on the beach was a huge plus. And the layout where every room has their own bathroom and each floor has their own kitchen and living room was perfect for our group. But if you are a clean freak, you might struggle here. It was functional and fine, but there were quite a few things that could have been cleaned better before our arrival. Everything is a little dated, but comfortable and livable. We would stay here again because of the layout, price and location.

A Hidden Gem on the Beach

Wonderful location close to the beach, the balcony overlooking the sand dunes gave a spectacular view of the ocean. Highly recommend vacation location!!!!

Christmas at the beach

We had a phenomenal time. The house was clean. There is spacious and had no issues at all. I wish I had known construction was going on, which was the only setback and appreciated the opportunity for an extended stay.

Convenient!

Loved the short walk to the beach and the ocean views. Lots of space on both floors, just wish they were connected. Only disappointment is we’re we’re expecting 2 king beds, and there was only one. Overall, I recommend.

Family Beach Trip - Good location, Needs Updates

The location of the property is very nice. Right on the beach, not crowded at all in front of the house on the beach. A foot washer and full shower on the deck facing the beach is great. There were quite a few stains on the carpet, the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite dated and a fair amount of stains on the carpet. Most of the furniture was worn. Having only 4 spots for cars is challenging with 12 people, but it was to be expected as listed. Check-in and out was super easy.

Pros- close to beach and many good restaurants, water pressure was good, air conditioner kept up, ample parking, spacious bedrooms and living areas. Appliances worked except for ice makers. Cons- Furniture and rugs were shabby, faded and stained. Ceiling fan was missing a blade and the dressers were missing knobs. The property needed a lot of cosmetic maintenance as the walls were stained and scuffed up and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathrooms. The outdoor shower only had a hot water knob as the cold water knob was missing. Basically it comes down to whether you care about the condition of the home that you are staying in or not. If not, this might be the place for you.

Perfect Location

The greatest perk of this house is the location. It is directly on the beach with access off the back deck and ocean views from all back windows. The house itself is very clean and well maintained. It is important to note that the six bedrooms are arranged in two separate 3/3 units, without inside access between the two units. This house is perfect for two families or groups of adults/older kids but maybe not ideal if one family with many younger kids was trying to use all of the bedrooms. It is essentially an up/down duplex.

Love Beachfront, but needs some repairs

We loved being right on the beach! However, did not rate this rental well because of the safety issues the beach house had/has. Also, when we arrived the main TV upstairs was broken and wasn't replaced until 3 days later. In addition, the shower in one of the bathrooms wasn't working properly and wasn't fixed until 3 days later. These issues should have been corrected before we arrived. The carpet in the sunroom upstairs was very dirty and needs to be replaced as well.

Great vacation overall

Property is in an excellent location and was a great trip overall. The only issue with the property was that their cleaning service was not quality. They had a teenager cleaning when we arrived with who I assume was his mom and the property was left with food debris (chips on the carpet), dirty dishes, I found a spoon in the child’s pack n play, and the twin beds were missing pillow cases. The Vacasa texting line was responsive and offered to resend them out but I chose to just clean and move on. We left the property significantly cleaner than we received. I would have rated them 5 stars if their cleaning was better- we had a great vacation and the floor plan on both levels with individual bathrooms was great.

Great location - easy beach access, it's ON the beach!

Rundown, old furnishings and decor, cabinetry falling apart and in bad condition, poorly stocked, only one key for a 6 bedroom home that sleeps 12! Very inconvenient! Poorly stocked, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no hand soap for any of them, lacking many standard kitchen tools/gadgets, door handles falling off, shelving uneven, and I could go on. But the WORST part was how incredibly filthy the house was. Layers upon layers of dust on the ceiling fans, visible dirt and grime on windows, sills, under furniture, etc. The air vents/returns were disgusting! It's evident the air filters haven't been changed in months - maybe even years! Also, one of the sinks on the main level clogged and didn't drain (it took until overnight). Overall, I would NEVER stay at this property again. The ONLY redeeming quality is that it was literally ON the beach.

Lovely location but house needs some work

There were things we loved about this property and some things that definitely need addressed. First of all, if you are looking for an amazing location, this is it. Being just steps from the ocean was great and just what we were looking for. Also, the set up of having bedrooms with own bathroom is very nice. Beds comfortable. We loved having the back decks and the outdoor spigot for rinsing off sand. Parking for 4 cars was nice. Close to shopping and restaurants! We had such a nice time on the ocean with perfect weather. Now, for the things that need to be addressed. The house is very dated and in need of repairs with general things broken (handles broken off things, shower door wouldn't close, cabinets broken, rusted items,etc.) That did not bother us; however, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned with the exception of the beds made. The house needs a deep, deep clean in general but the fact that we arrived to nothing being clean at all from previous guests was the problem. I found a broom and a vacuum and began cleaning since we were waiting on the rest of the family to arrive. There were no cleaning supplies, no garbage bags, no cloths to clean so it was limited to what I could do. I did get immediate response from mgnt company when I text them about the problems in the house. A very nice person (Ashley) came the next day to try and remedy the issue and she cleaned the grill so we could try and use it, but there was no way she could clean all that was wrong.

Excellent view with a deep clean needed

The location, space and view were wonderful! However the property is in need of a deep clean and some updating! The carpets were filthy and furniture was worn and dirty as well. Ice maker upstairs didn’t work and taking the trash out was extremely dangerous
you have to walk on the main road down a dumpster into traffic!

The house is large and great for entertainment. It also is beachfront, which is a massive pro. None of the Cable was working, which wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have a kid it could be a problem. Overall this house was fantastic, and a lot of great memories were made at this house!

The home is vary spacious, easy accessibility to the beach. Great outdoor living, great to have the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. Beautiful 2nd floor view of the ocean only downside is not having an outside trash can. Other than that it was wonderful
