The stay was exactly as we expected. Was in town for a concert on the hottest weekend possible ,so getting some cool-off time in the rental with an A/C that stayed ahead of the heat wave was a must!Location was great - inexpensive Lyft/Uber rides from all the locations you'll want to visit in town

Perfect spot for my fiancé and I! Close enough to broadway that you could get a quick (and cheap) uber but away from all the noise that you could still sleep without issues. Bed was comfy, AC worked great considering it was 90 degrees the whole time we were there! Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for us to land for a quick weekend trip for a friends wedding! My husband and I didn’t need a ton of space and didn’t plan to cook in, but it was nice to have the option anyway. Everything was clean and the instructions for everything (check in, parking, using the air, etc.) were so clear. The proximity to places to eat and a Kroger were also fabulous to be able to grab some soda and snacks to have on hand. The hosts were so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spot that’s close to the action but not loud right on Broadway!
