We were in town for a few days for a concert. We enjoyed our stay and do plan on returning in the future. We enjoyed the balcony and the groundhogs.

Comfortable and quaint. The deck in the morning was beautiful, however, was dirty. Walking distance to coffee shops and downtown. Felt safe.

Was a wonderful place to stay !!! The balcony was just a little dirty to sit on but other than that the whole place was GREAT ! 1000000/10 . would LOVE to book a trip again .

Great view of the river for coffee in the morning and to watch the two resident groundhogs waddle around. Very cute space that had everything we needed. Bed slept great and owner was fast to answer and so kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend and will use again.

Came to Nashville for one night, I have never stayed in this part of Nashville. We will definitely go back to this area to explore more. The farmers market is a short walk from the apartment. It was great to get out in the morning grab coffee and shop the market. The apartment was affordable, clean, convenient and in a great location. Exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the small deck overlooking the river.

Great little condo - as one of my friends said, "all the way downtown Nashville!" Enjoyed the privacy of the balcony and that everything we were doing (concerts, restaurants, bars, friends) was less than 2 miles away... Although, the property itself (not this condo) could use a makeover. All of Nashville seems to be under construction and high-rises and residential condos are underway all over. I only heard the train once in 4 days! The pontoon saloons and river taxis along with the barges made for interesting sights. While the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking dinners as we went out for breakfast, brunch and lunch - don't forget your toiletries! Cute little updated bathroom with pictures that remind you you've got all you need right there - toilet paper! I usually stay in rooms with king size beds; however, the mattress was SO comfortable on this queen - I slept like a King! Lindsey, thank you for opening up your home to us and for being so responsive.

Not an Vrbo my husband and I would stay in again. Yes the view is great being on the river and the location is great being so close to everything. The reviews all commented how clean this place was I DONT THING SO. Also only two forks, two spoons and two knives. Really, geeze. The furniture table tops are all worn out, I could go further. The flood of 2010 in Nashville had this building underwater. The what looks like mold is coming through the electrical plugs and the place smells strange.
Trash in the living room. I found this while I was picking up other trash in the same area.
The very used and unusable pots and pans. Yes I know most people don't cook going to Nash but we were there 6 nights visiting family
All the plugs and switches have black stuff.

Good location and secure. Not very clean in some spaces when we arrived (our socks got dirty after stepping in the kitchen with no shoes on). I appreciated the amenities left for us, and the book of suggestions for places nearby to try out!

Awesome place!!! We loved how thoughtful the host was, even having 5 desks (4 in the same room) with lighted mirrors for everyone to get ready. Close to Broadway too. Would 100% recommend!
