Great place in a fabulous location. Ubers were 5-6 bucks to Broadway. Grocery stores and frugal mcdugals in neighborhood. I would highly recommend this to friends.

This property was a great location and exactly what we were looking for, for a quick trip. We came down for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. We were able to easily get around either via Uber/Lyft or we took some bird scooters and bicycles which was super fun. The place was clean, easy to get into using the instructions by the host. The pool was a great time to hang at during downtime. I would definitely stay here again for future trips.

We enjoyed this condo very much. We are traveling with 2 teens, so a family of 4. The space fit us fine. The kitchen space was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness area. It says it is within about a 30 min walk to Broadway but honestly the heat has been well over 90 every day, so we have had 0 desire to walk, however I think it would be doable. There are close amenities such as some restaurants and grocery. As well as shopping . We appreciated the security of passcodes and gated garage parking. It was very clean inside and the surrounding area felt very safe. If you are using Lyft or Uber, it was about 7 to get to Broadway.the area was spacious and allowed some room for everyone to have a little space vs a one room hotel. The host provided great communication and information. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our girls trip. Everything was exactly as listed. The host Tee always responded right away! Easy check in and out! Location was centrally located. The condo had a great balcony overlooking the pool! I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Nashville ! Thank you Tee!

This was a great place to stay and you can walk to everything. The Gulch is quiet compared to Broadway. Great places to eat, especially The Iberian Pig.

Fantastic location and very comfortable, so convenient to so many attractions and restaurants that Nashville has to offer. Wasn't there long enough to try out the pool but it was nice that it was there. I would stay there again :)
