The living room is spacious and the ultimate in cool. Glass walls completely retract extending the space to the outdoors. Fabulous for both entertaining or hanging out by the very modern fireplace, with fire glass, or spreading out on comfortable ultra-modern sectionals, watching the 70' flat screen TV. The sunken wet bar is conveniently nearby.

The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped a Roku-enabled 42’ flat screen TV, granite counter tops, Miele and Decor appliances including a built-in coffee/espresso maker, steam oven, double oven, microwave, and warming drawer. There is ample storage both in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a beautiful blue glass fireplace, his and hers walk-in closets, spa-like oversized shower with multiple showerheads and jetted oversized tub. The bedroom elegantly opens onto the pool area. However, this part of the house is also separate from everything else. Off the master bedroom is a secluded private patio and courtyard featuring lemon, lime, orange, fig and grapefruit trees. This area also boasts its own fire pit and seating area.

The guest room has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and cozy seating/reading area. This bedroom also opens to the pool and backyard.

The casita, with its own separate entrance and en-suite bathroom, is equipped with a king bed, refrigerator, sink and coffee maker.

All 3 bedrooms have 42' flat screen TV’s enabled with Roku. The bedrooms have electric window shades that offer all the flexibility and privacy options you will need - whether fully open to enjoy bright views or lovely soft light through sheers for room darkening and privacy.

The salt water pool, large waterfall, spa and 2 fire pits make this an outdoor oasis. Take a dip or swim laps in the custom (gas and solar heated) saltwater pool with overhead spill waterfall. Splash around in the Baja shelf, lounge and relax in the spa, and entertain by connecting your favorite playlist to the outdoor speaker. Or, simply unwind and connect to nature by listening to the wind rustling through the palm trees or the lovely singing birds that call this area home.

Enjoy outdoor meals by the built-in outdoor cooking station. This expansive space has a misting system, retractable awning and a large BBQ area that comes equipped with a sink, granite counters, wine and bottle openers. Comfortable outdoor seating, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs allow you and your guests to eat, drink and enjoy the pool and views throughout the day, and night.
