Unit B308 with AC, is a completely remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, partial ocean view condo. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. B308 has a king-sized bed in the upstairs master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom, both bedrooms have Smart TVs. The two bathrooms have beautifully-tiled showers with rain shower heads and custom cabinets with granite counters. B308 is brightly and tastefully decorated in a tropical theme with wood, rattan, and plush furniture. In the living area there is a 65” Smart TV. New lighting and new luxury vinyl plank flooring can be found throughout.

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.   Tennis & pickleball courts.

NO elevators so you walk up 3 flights of stairs.
FREE parking.



Get undersea without getting wet. Maui Ocean Center in Ma’alaea is Maui’s premiere Hawaiian aquarium and ocean center and has a variety of displays, segregated tanks and even an underwater tunnel surrounded by sharks and manta rays. With great shopping and dining in the surrounding mall, you can spend a morning, afternoon, or evening enjoying the sights and delights of Ma’alaea.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Beautiful view from the lanai, beautiful condo, loved the pool and covered tables for playing games, clean unit and easy check in/out. Very good communication 894454 before and during the trip. Our family of four enjoyed very much!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
