Located on Coco Plum at the Coco Plum Terraces. Shared Pool and private dock.The adorable one-bedroom one-bath condo is a great retreat for the vacationing couple.
Super cute condo, building is right on the canal. Fully furnished and turnkey.Completely renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom, and new furniture. Ground-level unit with screened patio and has easy access to the dock and pool area.
This canal is deep and wide to accommodate your large boat or sailboat, and an assigned boat slip.Deep water dockage with a 5 ft draft slip will accommodate up to a 40' boat. Slip #21. Any boat trailer over 30' in length will have to find alternate parking off the property. There are several places to store boat trailers. Complex provides bike paths, tennis courts, coin-operated shared laundry facilities, and an on-site boat ramp. The community is close to Coco Plum Beach, a public oceanfront beach. This condo is a boater's dream. Come for a visit. Your stay will be full of sun, fun, sand, and boating.
Great location that is close to everything Marathon has to offer, such as restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Super easy boat access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.
Boat, vessel, and insurance registration are required if bringing a boat.

DO NOT EVER RENT A UNIT MANAGED BY COCO PLUM RENTALS.THEY MANAGE SEVERAL PROPERTIED IN MARATHON AND THE OTHER KEYS. READ ON TO SEE HOW INEPT THEY ARE, The unit was very nice, clean and most part was as described. The issue is with the concierge they use. If you need anything from them they are totally useless. They will lie to you, they will not follow through on any request. We rented for 18 days, on the first day the 65” TV broke. After countless excuses, not replying I finally got a new TV that was smaller after 14 days of lame excuses. I even found them 10 TV’s,65” in stock at Wall Mart an hour away. If you still decide to rent this unit and you are under 5’6” bring a stool, the bed is very high. We asked for one and never got it. We asked the owners name and phone number and they lied and said they didn’t have it. LOL IF you still decide to rent don’t say you weren’t warned. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!

Highly recommend
Everything we were looking for. Neighbors were fantastic and treated us like family. We kept a 30’ pilot house in the slip with no issues. We even used the boat launch to pull the boat out without issues. Just needed to wait for high tide. Great location and walkable to a few restaurants.

Just What We Needed
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The location in Marathon was perfect. We enjoyed watching the manatees in the canal.
I did have trouble getting into the bed. It is very high and I am short. I figured it out. In the big scheme of things it was no big deal.
This was our 6th trip to the Keys and this was the place we liked the best.

Wonderful month in Marathon
A lovely extended stay in a very well appointed apartment. The pictures accurately represent the property, although please note, if you like a game of tennis, the court is no longer available, aas now a boat parking lot. The super king bed is very comfortable, but I am 70 and only 5’2” and it was very difficult to get into. The agent never responded to my request for a step, so I used a stool from the lounge with a towel on it. There was lots of spare towels and bed linen for the duration of our stay. Also lots of spare trash bags We travel a lot and have never seen such a well appointed kitchen, but it was to the point of being a bit chaotic. The owners may wish to have a sort out.There is lots to see in the Keys, even if you don’t fish! A car is vital, as the nearest bus stop and restaurant is about 1.5 miles away. But there are loads of wonderful restaurants to choose from.

Cleanliness Chaos
Arrive on Christmas Eve 5:30p exhausted after 36 hour combined 2 day road trip from north east:
1) arrived to a dirty unit
2) garbage at the door
3) linen on the bedroom floor
4) towels on the bathroom floor
5) then the resulting gnats and flies for more than 1/2 the week
6) After 30-45 mins am able to talk to the broker. She sends linen and cleaning supplies. Says she’ll comp me something for this problem. Doesn’t know what happened to the cleaners.
7) never calls back or texts to say when / if a cleaner will be out on Christmas Day.
8) Christmas Day at breakfast there’s a knock on the door. Cleaner arrived. We quickly dress and get out. Came back to a clean fresh bed made unit. Let the broker know. Thanked her.
9) never hear any more about any recompense. When I ask, I’m told I was rude to her son the night he dropped off the supplies?!?!? I’m rude?? I’m exhausted with a family to feed, car to unpack, no supplies of my own to wash the dirty items left in the floor because the unit was to be clean.
8) she goes on to say the cleaner had an emergency. Really? For over a week? Because when her son was there, he said the unit was empty the week before. When the cleaner arrived and called her boss, who I spoke to, the boss had no idea the unit was unclean. How does that happen? She’s the boss!!! How does she not know the unit wasn’t clean? That her crew had an emergency? Something smells and it was my unit.
9) what about COVID protocols???
Bottom line? Marathon was lovely. Perfect for a family. However, NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM VACATION RENTALS OF THE FLORIDA KEYS.
