Récemment rénové, chalet Keys situé au centre sur un canal direct pour ouvrir l'eau, trois lots loin de l'océan. A tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances parfaites: cuisine équipée, cafetiÚre, draps, serviettes, smart TV avec Netflix. Tous les nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers, laveuse et sécheuse. Beaucoup de stationnement pour votre remorque de bateau et vos véhicules.
PrĂšs de Publix pour vos Ă©piceries, Walgreens, station-service et tous les restaurants de l'Ăźle.
Moins de 6 km de la plage de Sombrero. La plage comprend des pavillons de pique-nique, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un terrain de volley-ball, des toilettes et des douches. La bande de sable est parfaite pour bronzer, faire de la plongĂ©e avec tuba et pĂȘcher dans les eaux peu profondes.

Best host I have had in all my trips. Duplex is awesome and if you like boating, this is it for you.Canal at the house/dock is about 10', dredged canal going out to the ocean is about 4' in low tide and 6' in high tide. Also, it is around 0.7 miles long to the entrance/exit (Stop sign & Heart) marker. The duplex itself is pretty inviting, cozy and VERY Clean and well maintained, plenty of parking for boat trailer and truck/SUV. I will definitely come back to this place.

Laz was amazing. He was very attentive, and answered all of my questions and very responsive. The place was stocked with everything needed, and more. The pool was nice to use after a hot day of fishing. Watching the fish off the dock was so relaxing.

Best location ever!

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's an amazing place! Very clean, wonderfully located, and if you are looking for water access- this spot is less than 100yards from the oceanside. In 10 minutes you're on the reef! Deep canal, easy in and out. This is a true hidden gem!

Wonderful Half Duplex

We had a wonderful stay! Unit was clean, convenient to everything & quiet area. The canal was nice for our boat & the pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location

Beautiful and extremely clean place! Its the perfect location and has friendly neighbors on the canal. We watched the manatees come during the day, and tarpon come in at night. We loved having the kayak and paddle board to use too. 10/10 would totally stay here again. Close to the store, and beautiful sombrero beach

Sweet little place

We stayed here for a week between 2 other places that we shared with other couples. Unit is really cute and very spacious for a one bedroom. We had a pretty warm week and the pool was well used. Easy access to the Atlantic by boat. Groceries only a couple of miles away. Area was very quiet. Excellent parking for a boat and trailer. Kitchen well stocked. Shower was divine--roomy with excellent water pressure. King bed comfy. Highly recommend.

A piece of paradise

If you are looking for the most relaxing getaway, with plenty of things to do that are near. Great restaurants, fishing, turtle hospital, dolphin research center, aquarium, and right out back of your getaway you may catch sight of a manatee or two. The management is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have ,great people! You will not be disappointed with this gem!!!

Great location in the Key

The rental was perfect for us. A couple in our 60's. We are laid back. The bed was very comfortable. We used the screen porch extensively as well as the patio. The view of the stars at night was amazing. Laz was very responsive. We had one minor issue and let Laz know and it was corrected within hours. We did not have a boat but it would have been a great place to have a boat. We will be back!

Thoughtfully designed house

The house is small but is well designed for an enjoyable stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bedroom, nice table space on screened in patio, pool, bikes. Excellent communication. We were very happy there.

Marathon

Excellent place for ywo people. Perfect location and great for fishing, or bringing a boat. It does not sleep 4. Only 1 king size bed. No pull out couch, just 1 regular size couch, and a loveseat on the screened in porch. Also no cable tv.

Awesome stay in Marathon

Excellent location. The property was spotless and all appliances updated. Being right on a canal was a bonus. Saw a mother manatee and her calf. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely come back here again.

Two thumbs up

This place was perfect, with communication with the host to getting a great night sleep. We brought our boat, and it was so convenient to be able to keep it out your back door. We used the pool and the fire pit, and the size of the house was perfect for just us two. Seeing Manatees and sea turtles was such a big plus.

Perfect setup for a week on the water

If you are a boater look no further! This is definitely the place to spend a week on the water. Close to open water and many more things to do.
