Sunshine is great! She's next door and goes above and beyond to make our stay the best. If you want to stay in Little Venice, Seahorse 1 or 2 is the best value by far.

We loved sitting on the deck and watching the boats, pelicans and manatees. The location is convenient for getting to other keys north and south. Be sure to try the pizza truck on the corner. Best pizza ever! The bed has a very soft, thick memory foam mattress. This unit has good AC but does not have heat which is rarely needed in the keys. We just happened to hit a cold snap. The kitchen was equipped with essentials. We would stay here again.

Great location right on a canal. Fishing was really good. The cottage had everything we could need. Overall, the place was pretty clean except for the pots and pans. They had a layer of old grease or oil which we had to clean before using.

Everything was as described. Right on the water with plenty of dock fishing and easy access to the water. Walking distance to Marathon Lady, Two Conchs and bait stores. Very friend local neighbors and comfortable stay next to the Cut.

Our 30yr anniversary at this little dockside retreat was perfect in too many ways to list!! The dock was perfect for our boat and gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was snorkeling or spearfishing or trolling the mangroves it was all within a 10 minute to 20 minute boat ride. The facility has perfect amenities and everything was well kept. The only drawbacks that I could list and I have to dig deep for them, would be bring your own propane tank for the grill so that you’re not stuck having to fill the whole tank and some slippers for the tile floor. There’s plenty of room for two people, and it is well supplied with quality product and kitchen cupboard supplies.

Sportsman’s Paradise

This property was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation!! The Two Conches marina is right around the corner, accommodates for fuel, accessible by boat, and carried everything needed for our stay! There was an ice machine a block away that provides bulk ice which is always a plus! No boat needed to fully enjoy ALL the keys has to offer right here from the private sea wall!!! The owner is very nice, very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Great location

Perfect spot for couples with a boat. We rented an 18 foot boat for the week and had a blast fishing and exploring the reefs. The canal is a nice place to relax after a day on the water.

Fishing trip

Visited with a buddy for a week of fishing. The house is in a great spot with easy access to everything. Restaurants close by and a bait shop right up the street. Fishing in the back canal was a lot of fun as well. Caught snappers grunts and a small hogfish. We will be back for sure

Amazing stay

We booked this one because of the location near Vaca Cut and the dockage out back

.and we’re NOT disappointed. We made full use of the dock, grill & patio areas for a really relaxing vacation. I will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

Was our first stay and it was great sitting by the canal and relaxing at night, Very private and fully furnished. Didn't need at thing. 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms with large flat screen.

We loved the place - spent a lot of time on the channel. The place was clean and comfortable we thought we were getting a king size bed but that was not the case - other then that everything was perfect!

Excellent what she says in the ad. Cute house, helpful neighbors, right in the water. Will definitely be back, our new favorite place in marathon to stay.

Amazing Cottage

We had such an amazing time! This was the perfect place for our vacation. The cottage was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was great being able to fish just outside your door! This place is convenient to everything. We definitely will be back!

Outstanding experience, GREAT location in Marathon , close to Sombrero Beach ( a 5 star , quiet wonder ), and Dolphin Experience, Research Center. Great grocery store and great restaurants nearby.

Beautiful little place

We enjoyed being able to fish from the dock right outside the patio doors. It was great weather and we loved that almost everything we needed was there and ready. Lian was very accommodating and answered quickly on any issue. (there were none). The only complaint I have and it's not a real big thing is that the chairs were not real comfortable. More cushions would have been nice on the outside chairs. After a few hours of fishing it was rough on the backside. Overall it was really nice and we would come back. Great place
