The listing of this property had two falsehoods. 1. It did not mention that parking was such an issue. You are only allowed 2 parking spaces, and they are STRICT about it. If 12 people are staying at this rental, you need 3 spaces. Once you book, then they say they offer additional parking if needed, but what they don't tell you is the extra parking is 10 min away, 15 a day, and it closes in the evening. So if you arrive after closing, you'll have to come up with your own plan. 2. 6 complimentary bikes-Be prepared to call the bike rental company yourself. The property management gave us the wrong code 4x. It took us 3 days before we could use the bikes.Other issues:1. We were under surveillance 24/7 with all the cameras. There is a camera in the garage, and the owner clearly doesn't want anyone to open the inside door to the garage. In fact, they sent management over at 8:45am to ring the doorbell and wake everyone up to ask about the inner garage door being opened (which in fact was CLOSED).2. Upstairs floors and all showers were not clean.3. Be prepared to be nearly harrassed at the community pool. You must have a code to get in AND out, and you MUST wear a wristband at all times.Their attendant asked us to show our wristbands 4x within about 2 hrs. It was ridiculous. It was very hard to relax in a place where we felt so unwelcomed. And finally, any text correspondence with management is all AI responses. It"s better to call to speak with someone directly.
