Great location and nice place. We had a problem with the keypad on the door and they got things sorted out same day. We will try to rent here again for the same trip next year.

Comfortable and Clean

Great location just steps from the beach. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean right from the condo deck. Was very clean. Quiet location. Had everything we needed.

Right on the Beach

This property comes with a very easy access to the beach right outside the front door and family-friendly amenities. Would definitely rent here again. Also has quick access to local restaurants & shops

Great location on South End of Island

Condo was clean, checkin easy, property managers responsive, location to beach was perfect! Watched the sunrise on the balcony each morning, and loved the views and being so close to the dunes. Reason for 4 stars: while the balcony is not shared, it is not private. It is adjacent to the condo balconies on either side so neighbors are visible and can be heard.

Great spot

Perfect property with short walk to the beach. Condo was nice with ocean view from the patio. Only problem was “numbered” parking spot doesn’t really have a number. We just parked and all was good. Would stay here again!

One thing to improve check in

I would suggest sending check in info before the day of check in. I like to have a hard copy of info for safety reasons. I couldn’t print info due to only receiving it at 10;00the day of check in. I was on the road by that time.

Beautiful property and convenient location.

The property was beautiful as advertised. Beach access was very convenient. The views from the unit were stunning. There were a couple of issues identified during check-in. Staff came quickly to wash the dirty dishes left behind by prior occupants. The entry lock box and unit entry were not working properly. Partial repair was done, but we went the week without a door knob for the exterior door. This made it almost impossible to lock the door or for the door to securely latch / close given the strong breeze. We did enjoy our stay and the condo layout and accommodations overall were very nice.

Wonderful Condo

I loved this condo. It is in great shape, has a relaxing view, and is on a lovely part of the island. The condo is well decorated, has new carpet and a well-stocked kitchen. The living room furniture is super comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space. The condo not only has pots, pans, and dishes, but also soap, detergents, and cleaning supplies. The condo is a two story setup (which I loved) and is on the second floor so if stairs are an issue, you will want to pick something else. While the balcony in on the second floor of the condo unit, the view is technically partially obstructed by the dunes. To me, this was the best feature of the condo, though. You can see the waves crashing, but can’t see the umbrellas, chairs, and tents. It appeared so much more natural. I would return just for this view. The condo is on a really peaceful part of the island far from high rise condos that result in a crowded beach. Because of that, the beach is clean and there is alot of space to set up your spot away from others. Nicer restaurants are right down the road at the Ritz Carlton and other restaurants are a bit of a drive, but the peaceful nature of this area is worth the drive.
