Welcome to Sea Breeze in Gulf Shores! DEEDED BEACH ACCESS!!

Recently updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo! Complimentary Wifi. 1 Elevator

Sea Breeze is in a great location, just a mile west from the center of town. Low-density, 3-story condo complex across the street from the beach. Deeded beach access directly across the street. Sea Breeze 211 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath vacation rental and accommodates up to 6 comfortably. Located in the center of the horseshoe-shaped complex, right at the center of the large pool area in the courtyard.

The well-appointed kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and full appliances. Recently replaced oven offers convection & airfry options. The pass thru kitchen offers additional counter space for sitting, meals or chatting! Combo drip & single cup coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen will be the dining area with seating for 4 at the table. Recent updates include shiplap accents, new kitchen counters, oven, & wall-mounted TVs!

Breezeway public balconies offer additional space for unwinding, and with full pool area view and limited gulf view too!. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, flat screen cable TV, DVD and private bath.

Living room has a 50 inch SMART TV for watching HULU, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, etc on your own account! Smart TV in bunk room.

Free, parking for up to 2 vehicles; one assigned. Additional open parking available on-site *on a first come first serve basis - very limited open spots for second vehicle*.

Great Stay

Awesome location and my family friendly. Enjoyed the pool area and easy access to the beach . Great for a family of our size and would definitely go and stay again !

Vacation Done Right

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was a cute place to stay and the Condominium takes great care of the outside. We came for the beach but my daughter loved the pool so that’s where we were most of the time.

Great location!

We had five of us and the condo suited us really well for the week. Beach access was directly across the street. Loved that the property had a pool. Convenient location. We had an issue with upstairs people being too loud at night and spoke with a tenant who actually took care of the issue for us. Would definitely stay again!

Me and my friend brought our 4 kids and we loved the condo. I was afraid it was going to be to small since it was like 800 square foot but it was bigger then we thought and it was nicer then pics in my opinion not that the pics were bad. The pool was nice everyone was nice there will definitely be back again! I highly suggest this place

Just what we needed

We had friends staying in a house down the street and this condo was perfect for our family of three. I also loved how it was across the street from the beach where I could go for a daily walk. It's an older property but perfect for Covid with outdoor hallways and stairs to your rooms. Thank you!

NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION

Very duty and dust everywhere. Floors are just wiped not mopped at all. The couch full of sand. The mattress is like sleeping in the sidewalk. For the price we paid it’s overpriced. Definitely not recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing time.

Last Minute Labor Vacation

The condo is very cozy and it has everything necessary for a great vacation. Clean Sheets and towels Kitchen has the appliances needed Cons* Wi-fi does not work Some light lamps and ceiling fans need bulbs Beach is crossing the main street, which is not too bad. Overall loved the condo.

Loved the condo, was just what was advertised. Great location, easy to find, and had everything we needed available. Checking in was difficult, the urgent email was sent the day of check-in and the location was no where close to the condo. Earlier notification of the check-in process and location would have been helpful. Keypad did not work when we arrived, but notified the rental management company and they came out and changed it. Wi-Fi was terrible. Overall the condo really met our needs and expectations and would go back!

Never staying here again

Condo was not as advertised. Very dirty, hair in the sink and shower, man smoking marijuana outside my door. This place was horrible!

The Rental was not very clean, freeze pop wrappers behind the sofa. Dirty underwear left in the wash

The price of the rental was not equal to the condition of the unit. Not clean window sills dusty. Check in policy so impersonal.

Time for a new management company

The location was great. And size of the condo was good. 4 hours before check-in we learned that we needed to bring our own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Only one of each is provided. Wow! To check-in, we had to go to the property management office lock box just to pick up 2 pieces of paper (one that included the CODE to get into the condo). Upon arrival, the condo floor was sticky and gritty. We got out the vacuum to clean, and the vacuum was missing the floor attachment - guess that is why the floor was gross. The entire condo needs throughly cleaned. All appliances need replaced. Dryer is especially bad - takes 3 hours on high to dry one load. This condo has great potential but needs some attention.

WiFi issues

The condo was clean and the layout was functional. The sofa was worn and offered no support. All the mattresses were squeaky and old. The tv’s were great and had dish network. The only issue was the WiFi was terrible. It would only work in the living room. There was no signal in the bedrooms. My son and grandma watch videos on their tablets and it just didn’t work. The speed was too slow and it only worked sitting on the couch sporadically.

Fun week at the beach

Loved the layout of the condo. The color stood out as well. The pool was convenient but a little too small to accommodate everyone but was nice . Will stay there again. Price was great.

Not Bad

Had a good experience. The condo is on the second floor across the street from beach. Apartment is located right in front of a stairway and center of pool view. Bring trash bags paper towels tissue and soap, they only provide one of each.. Hope this helps !
