This corner, penthouse unit has awesome views of the Gulf that can be seen while relaxing on the living room sofa or sitting on the balcony! The living and dining area feel open and spacious with 15’ vaulted ceilings and a large framed mirror on the back wall. This unit features Wireless HIGH-SPEED Internet. The electronics in this unit are top-of-the-line: 42” flat panel TV with HIGH DEFINITION and Blu-ray DVD player in the living; 32” flat panel TV with HIGH DEFINITION and Blu-ray DVD player in the master bedroom; and 26” flat panel TV with a built-in DVD player in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has clock radios with iPod docking stations. The fully-equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances and everything you need to prepare daily meals. The master bedroom has a new king Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress and provides an expansive coastline view of the Gulf while lying in bed! There is new tile throughout. The guest bedroom has bunk beds consisting of a twin on top and double on bottom with a pull out twin trundle and shares the hall bathroom. This unit also features a full-size washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beach Condo

The view of the beach and ocean is beautiful. The condo was perfect for what we wanted. We really just wanted a place to sleep & eat. Parking was easy, getting to the room was easy. The condo is outdated but again fine for what we were looking for. Pool area was great and beach was beautiful.

Great Condo on the beach

This was an amazing condo! You can't beat the view (most condos face each other, but this property doesn't have a "neighbor" across the view but the ocean. Beds were comfortable. The kids' room was a little warm, but nothing that a portable fan couldn't fix. Remember to bring trash bags, coffee filters and other little cleaning essentials. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Not as updated as other condos, but very nice none the less. We would stay here again for sure!

Easy check in and out, great location. Pool and hottub were good size. Beach service was a plus. As others have mentioned, it is very outdated which typically I don’t mind but everytime you sit down on the couch or chair, it was noisy. Couch is stained. WiFi worked well. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Door handle to bedroom was stripped locking children inside. Took hours to resolve. I understand this can’t be identified ahead of time but perhaps updating some basics this could have been prevented.

Great Family Fun

We loved the proximity to the beach and the great beach view. The check in and check out process were simple. The office was very helpful in giving directions. The beach service was exceptional! The place was spacious and mostly clean except that the trundle bed sheets had obviously not been changed and had visible dirt when we rolled it out. We would stay here again but hope all sheets would be changed prior to staying here.

Only good thing is the view

Almost everything in this unit too dated. Dishes, pans, furniture. Refrigerator doesn't work properly, was leaking. Some mold in bathtub. Owner needs to put some work there.

Not as expected

This property is in a great location and has a beautiful view. We wish the property itself was maintained as beautifully as the complex. The beach, beach chairs, swimming pool and hot tub where outstanding. The owner needs to pay serious attention to upgrading and fixing many aspects of the unit.

Spring Break

Stayed a week for spring break. Nice property. Was nice to be on the beach. Fitness center also met our needs. Kids loved tennis, heated pool, and hot tub. Also took advantage of beach service. Close to everything. Unit has wonderful view of the beach/ocean. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Great view from the 8th floor

While the view was spectacular, the condo is in need of updating. The sofas looked dingy and dirty, and the kitchen as well as the cookware need to be updated. There are no extras like aluminum foil, sandwich bags or salt and pepper, but I guess that is to be expected. Some of the other condos in the complex are updated and about the same price. However, the short walk to the beach is awesome, and the kids loved the hot tub! All in all, I would say the view makes it worth the price. Just don’t expect luxurious accommodations.

Beach vacay

The views were amazing! And the easy walk to the beach was great!! Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and everyone we encountered was very friendly!! The only problem we had was the parking, Definitely not enough parking, especially if you come in late from bing out for dinner or whatever else. And there isn’t any info or direction to tell you where to park if nothing is available.

Fine Condo

Everything worked, except our balcony which was under construction. Nice, high ceilings and good lighting (when the windows weren't covered with blue saran wrap for construction). Nice of them to provide chairs and beach toys in the closet. Not the most up-to-date location but works fine, pretty view when you can access the balcony.

Great location poor amenities

The location of this unit is perfect because it is a fast and easy walk to the beach but the unit was dated and dirty when we arrived. I had to clean it before we were able to enjoy our first day. We also didn’t get enough bedding for the pull outs as described when we booked the unit. The smell of the unit was also musty. Overall we had a good stay because we love the beach so much that we overlooked the bad. However We will not be staying here again.
