Crystal Villas B13 is a gorgeous, tastefully decorated two-story condo in Destin. This two-bedroom + loft den bedroom, two bathroom unit features a welcoming décor with a beach ambiance and elegant furnishings throughout. This unit accommodates 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom. It is connected to a spacious bathroom that has a walk-in shower. There is a king bed in the upstairs guest loft bedroom which is uniquely enclosed. There is a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity. To the rear of the loft is a den perfect for kids, with a queen bed and two twin beds. There are flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms and a second DVD player in the den loft. From the moment you walk in the condo, you feel the spaciousness. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, seats 8 guests. The living room features a leather sectional sofa, two club chairs and a huge flat-screen TV with DVD player. The balcony has four café height Adirondack chairs with side tables to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The views are unobstructed gulf front and incredible! Located directly on award-winning beaches overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Crystal Villas has long been a favorite spot for a family beach vacation to Northwest Florida. In addition to being mere steps from sand and surf, Crystal Villas' proximity to Destin offers bountiful shopping, dining, and entertainment within a few minutes drive.

Very affordable and great location right on the beach. It could use some updating and repairs on minor things as well as a new king mattress in the loft but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Our favorite vaca spot!

We love how quiet and not crowded it is here. This was our 3rd year staying in this building. We have stayed on the second floor two years in a row and decided to try the third floor this time and didn’t regret it one bit.

Great condo, great location

I hesitate to say how much we enjoyed our stay because, selfishly, we don't want it to be unavailable for our next trip to the area! The location is unbeatable, the condo was clean, had comfy beds and had everything we needed.

Very nice open kitchen, huge nice island! Bathroom roomy enough, great water pressure, hot water and good flushing toilets with soft close lids. Great room had a huge remote control ceiling fan, giant tv and the AC isawesome. Pool is frontside, simple but clean. Only downsides: parking looked like it could be tight in the off season and I really wish you had elevators. 2 flights of stairs was challenging with luggage and groceries!

Needs updating

Beautiful view and close to the beach - loved the fact that two rental chairs in an umbrella were included. The rental definitely needs to be updated and shows a LOT of wear and tear on the furniture, carpet, and wood.

Beach

The view and condo room was great. The only thing is if you are not in shape, it may bother you taking your luggage up 3 flights of stairs, but that wasnt bad really. The Beach lady that puts out the chairs was great and works really hard.The street beside the condo has public acsess to it and it is only 50 feet wide so all those people try to come on the condo beach. Overall it was a great vacation.

Good price, beautiful view but

Very good location, the view is excellent but the apartment need lots of stuff fix, tv at the rooms not work, one of the bathroom door it's broke, the cabinet door is broke, the dryer filter is broke, general very clean just some bed have want between the sheets !!!

Beautiful property with lovely decor but...

This is a beautiful property. The only suggestions I would make would be to add more lighting (it is dark inside) and to review your inventory of pots and pans (there was not one saucepan provided in the kitchen).

Great Beachfront Value, Older Building

This unit is an amazing value given its location and space inside the condo. They have done a nice job keeping it mostly updated, but are fighting an uphill battle against an old building. The condo felt plenty clean, but we did see sporadic roaches and the strong air freshener smell reminds you the building is older and can only be so clean. We enjoyed our stay and being beachfront is incredible, just don’t expect a 5 star resort experience. Having a very late check in and 10am check out feels Iike you’re squeezed on both ends with no flexibility.

Excellent find!

When our original booking was lost due to the condo being sold, Vacasa stepped in and made it right. We found this listing and Vacasa worked with us to make it happen for our family, even helping us change our dates to fit our needs. The condo is right on the beach and has so much space. It was a gem of a find. It was the perfect space for our larger family. We loved the flooring, the large comfortable master bed, the large shower, the beautiful kitchen and lofted ceilings. When we're traveling to this area again, we will choose Vacasa and we will look for this listing! Our kids loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. Amazing! This condo really helped bring the magic to our vacation!

the place was nice, but we never received the check in confirmation, that took a while to get the code, it could have provided an ice cube tray, we had to keep buying ice, since the ice maker wasn't working, and we did contact them that the ceiling fan had a lot of dust on it, we couldn't reach it to clean it, but it wasn't that hot we didn't need to run it.

Exceptional Beach Location

My daughter and I loved our recent stay here and would definitely book again. The third floor balcony overlooks the beautiful private beach and offers an unobstructed sunset view. We had breakfast outside every morning then walked down a few flights of stairs and directly onto the sand. This unit is older but all the important stuff is good. Two large bedrooms (one upstairs and one down) with full bathrooms, new fixtures and great plumbing, lots of hot water and plenty of towels (bring your own for the beach). The heat/AC works perfectly and fridge and stove are also good and work well. No problem with wireless and availability of Netflix, etc., we watched movies every night on the large screen. We had no issues or problems with anything. Great spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

Location and proximity to other places. Thumbs down? Two hair dryers didnt work , check in wasnt ready to move in by 4 had to wait till 5 , cabinet doors fell off hinges, gate codes didnt work , bed upstairs seemed to be broken cause one side was lower than other it felt like i was going to roll off the bed , having to deal with third party rather than owners
