This GORGEOUS beach front, 2 BR condo has been completely renovated and has breathtaking Gulf views from every angle of the kitchen, living room and balcony. You will love to sit on the balcony in the morning with your coffee and evening with a glass of wine and view the amazing Emerald Green waters that is the magic of Destin! This beautiful condo features new LVP flooring throughout, new kitchen with designer cabinets, solid surface counter tops, stainless appliances, and kitchen bar. It is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare beach front meals!

This condo is beautifully decorated in a stunning, casual elegance that is just perfect for the beach! The large, open living area with super high ceilings is centered around two elegant sofas, huge TV and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is comfortably located on the main level and is very classy with a king bed, large TV, new mattress , a newly remodeled master bath with a tub/shower combination and plenty of fluffy towels!

You will love the convenient washer and dryer. Please be sure to bring your own beach towels.

This unit sleeps a total of 10. There is a king in the Master Bedroom located on the main level. Also on the main level, you can pull out the couch for a full size bed. Up in the loft, we feature a king bed and there is also a queen bed and two twin beds (in the form of a Trundle) in the bonus room off the loft Bedroom.

This Crystal Sands unit is very special and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Harbor Docks, Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin, Sandestin and Baytown Warf. There are amazing restaurants, shops, movies, bowling, fishing, water sports....so much to do in the paradise that is Destin! Please consider our beautiful home for your vacation soon.

Based on the daily temperature, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving and during Spring Break.

This Condo was very clean, roomy, fully stocked, good beach views, easy beach access, nice pool and very comfortable! Our 2 granddaughters loved the "secret room" upstairs! LOL. Our HOST was very accommodating! We'll definitely stay here again if needing extra room for family.

This place was a total beach dream! The condo looked just like the pictures- cozy, cute, and super clean. Being right in the sand made everything so easy and fun. We could walk straight from the couch to the coast! Beach service and the pool were the cherry on top. Already dreaming about coming back!

Great Beach getaway

The host was great and so was the room, only bad thing I can say is the couch is warn and dirty and should be updated. I also didn’t care for only getting two chairs on the beach per room and needing to rent the rest. The room is spacious and the view is amazing. It’s also located in the middle of everything.

So relaxing

The condo was spotless. The location was amazing. Perfect for people watching, sunsets and just enjoying the amazing views of the ocean. The pool was being remodeled, so we aren't able to comment on that. The owner was extremely responsive.

Postcard Perfect Stay

The property is well maintained and very comfortable. The inclusion of the umbrella and two chairs on the beach (though first come first served), was a perk! The water was emerald green and no rip tides or sharks to contend with! The view from the balcony is exquisite! We will be back.

Incredible location

Right on the beach. Not across, but on it with a gorgeous unobstructed view. It’s a less busy part of the beach and the included umbrella service is such a perk. The condo itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

Great location.

We enjoyed a wonderful spring break. Location was perfect, and the view is amazing. Condo was nice and clean and included basic necessities. Only had one issue, the bed in the primary bedroom downstairs, the "captain quarters" is in desperate need of a new mattress. Without even pulling down the linen (which was nice and plush) you could see large body length indentations on either side of the bed leaving the middle plumped up to where the mattress was pretty much 'W' shape making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Still a 5 star review, owner just needs to check the mattress out for themselves and invest in a better one.

Great location, sub par building and condo not well equipped in kitchen.

Location was great and communication with property was also easy. However, the kitchen was not well equipped as far as cooking for large groups, and there wasn’t any extra blankets for pull out sofa, just sheets, and no extra pillows. Either property was not very clean, and we noticed that some of the items in the home were very dusty, dirty, and even the pictures going up the steps had mildew on them.
