This delightfully cheerful beach cottage unit has breathtaking gulf front views from a private balcony. The tastefully decorated living area has many fine details such as a beveled glass mirrored wall, nautically striped sofa, and loveseat, white cottage style furniture, a 27” TV, a DVD player as well as a CD stereo system to play your music on. The kitchen offers crisp white cabinetry, full-size appliances, and everything needed for meal preparation. The master bedroom has a cozy cottage inspired theme to make you feel at home and includes a 24” TV, a DVD player, carpeted floor, and a private bathroom. The bunk beds have comfortable covers for the kids and a top rail for safety. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools to eat at the bar. With all the comforts of home right here, you will be sure to enjoy this beautiful beach condominium! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was very clean and we felt safe in all areas. Parking was easy and the staff was kind. Loved having food and ice cream options without driving.

The property was perfect in many ways. The size, location and amenities were all what we wanted. The porch with beach view was perfect and access to the Topeka shows and walkable bars and restaurants was exactly what we wanted. My biggest complaint was the smell of mildew in the condo. It was overwhelming as soon as you entered the room, and there were at least two bags of damp rid hanging in the house that were full of water and needed to be changed. We had to wash all of our clothes before we left because EVERYTHING smelled like mildew We weren't super sensitive to it, and left the porch door open a lot for a breeze, but to someone else it might trigger respiratory symptoms. The other issue with this condo is its location by the trash chute. The bedroom is closest too it and the deposits started at 7 each morning and were quite loud.

Needs a lot of work.

The kitchen sink was clogged and gross for the duration of our stay so we were unable to cook or clean dishes. Maintenance came out twice to fix it but was unable to resolve the issue. The appliances were old and out dated. The dryer left some rust stains on our beach towels and swimsuits.

Disappointed!

Many stains and spills on the rug and couches- also the dryer isn't drying any clothing. I tried to clean the lint trap/ it seems to have not been clean for many stays and their is rust particles within the dryer. I am very disappointed in this place being in such despair. Rust in the bathroom and the fans in both bathrooms are full of dust and are very loud.. the ceilings fan lights shake in front room and master bedroom to the point of possibly of falling.. after paying this amount of money/ I was expecting a better experience and we are here till Wednesday.. I can't get all the lint out of the dryer trap as it's caked in there..and my clothes are damp after trying to clean it to the best of my abilities as a guest... the refrigerator temperature did catch up but took a long time to do so.. the chairs on the patio are weathered and one of the chairs has a crack that could injure some one ... as mentioned this condo could use a lot of TLC..the stove door is broken.. definitely don’t recommend staying in this condo.

Meh.

Condo needs a major update. Everything is outdated and barely works. The only thing positive about this place was the pool and location on the beach. If you stay here, plan on bringing a LARGE cooler for your first day to keep your groceries cold. The fridge took over 24 hours to cool down. A fridge should not take that long to get cold unless it was intentionally unplugged. We almost had hundreds of dollars of groceries spoil. The dishwasher was NOT bolted and when I opened the top drawer to load the whole thing came out on me. In the main bedroom, the headboard on the bed is busted, just leaning against the wall and the ceiling fan is incredibly wobbly and makes a terrible clicking noise that will keep you up all night. Carpet was dirty and things were dusty. Dryer took hours to dry tiny loads and lint trap would constantly fall out. All of the furniture on the balcony was cracked so you couldn’t sit on the chairs. I understand we aren’t spending 100% of our time here, but if you’re advertising it, and we are paying money staying here, it should work properly.

Wonderful stay

The place was very clean and in a great location. We had a wonderful time with family. I appreciate the owner sending the driving directions, definitely follow theirs and not the gps when you get on scenic gulf drive. The gps tries to take you to the owner’s gate and it’s almost impossible to get back out on the highway.

Wonderful location. Looking to go back next year. Unit is beginning to show wear and tear, but clean. Needs painting and new carpet. Indoor furniture very comfortable, however the outdoor furniture should be replaced, not very comfortable.

Everything worked and plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Master bed very comfortable. Never ran out of hot water. Furnace and air conditioner worked perfectly. Great view of the Gulf. Shopping and eating within walking distance. Would recommend maybe some beach chairs for use on beach. Very good Security! Would most definitely stay at Majestic Sun again

Pictures can be deceiving!

The rental is VERY dated. The only thing good is the view. The curtains are torn and needs replacing. The sofa bed padding was extremely dirty with hair everywhere. The carpet was filthy. The sofas need a thorough cleaning or replacing. We had to shake everything before leaving, for fear of bringing roaches home. Every morning, we were awakened to drilling and nailing.

Amazing vacation

Fourth time staying in Miramar Beach, second at the Majestic Sun, and it was one of the best vacations that we’ve ever had. It was a great stay. The ONLY issue is the last night we went to the beach quite late, and when we went to wash off the sand in the pool area, the gate was cable locked shut, so we walked way around behind to use another wash station, but otherwise we were perfectly satisfied with everything.

Great Little Condo!

Went for a girl's trip. Loves that they would rent for a single night. We were in Majestic Sun B206 and had an amazing gulf view as well as the pool! Very quiet and super clean! Beds were really comfortable. Hottest shower I think I've ever used! Seconds from the beach. Definitely would recommend and already looking at renting this condo again!

Did not meet expectations

The beds were comfortable and the view was good. I have stayed at multiple properties within Majestic Sun and this is definitely the least nicest of all. It is very outdated and dirty and run down looking. For the cost of the stay, it was not worth it. The baseboards looked terrible and need painting, the couch had spots all over it, the curtains on the doors to the balcony were ripped and dirty, the appliances are rusted, there is carpet in the living room and bedroom and it was disgusting.

Property was in great location. Easy access to beach. The view was good but there are a couple of palm trees that obstruct the view a little. The rental was very outdated. The owner needs to update the condo. The pull out couch had crumbs still in the bed. The vent hood in the bathroom rattles loudly.
