Sandestin Beachside Oasis is located in the stunning Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This beachfront property offers breathtaking views and all the amenities of a 5-star resort.

GUEST NOTICE:

Please be advised that renovations are currently underway at the building. Due to this work, noise levels may be impacted during your stay. The renovations are taking place on the exterior of the facility and are scheduled to continue from November 2024 through September 2025. Several amenities may be affected. The project timeline is beyond the owners' control. We are coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure all guests are informed and inconveniences are minimized.

Property Description:
This spacious studio apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a California king-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, full-size bathroom, dining table with 4 chairs, sitting chair, and a 6-drawer dresser. The unit is equipped with a TV with cable service and a beachfront balcony on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and full-size appliances, providing everything you need to feel at home. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, extra linens, towels, and basic toiletries.

Enjoy the gorgeous views and ocean sounds, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs are provided for your convenience, and a rental shack on the beach offers additional water sports equipment.

To access the beach, walk to the ground level, exit through the right gate, and enjoy a short stroll. Guests can dine at the Beach Bar & Grill for lunch or visit the nearby Beach House restaurant and Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton. Gas BBQ grills are available on-site.

The property is secured with 24/7 security, gated access, and unit lock codes. Parking is available in covered spaces on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. Restrooms are located by the pool and in the lobby.

Just bring your own beach towels and sunscreen!

The location is convenient with a short drive to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, which is home to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including live music, restaurants, and the Rum Runners dueling piano bar.

The location is excellent (if you park on the second level, you will be very close to the condo for loading / unloading). The view is great, the room is comfortable and well-stocked and plenty of room for a family or couple. The new pool is really fun. Being steps from the beach is the best, and there's plenty to do and eat close by. Communication was lacking, we received the wrong codes for entry onto the property, beach and pool and it was almost 24 hours to get a response from the host- luckily the door code worked and others on property helped us get in in the meantime. The condo could benefit from a deep clean / air filter change.

I was refunded a night due to miscommunication of cleaning. The condo is in an ideal area, BUT VERY outdated! I had to use one of the blankets on the sliding door to my balcony just to get a goodnights sleep. Dressers, blinds & shower faucet need replaced asap!

My stay was nice. The only thing I would add is a better lock on the door instead of the chain lock. If someone wanted to kick the door in, they can do so easily. Also add a microwave cover.

It was not a great experience! The room wasn't clean. Confetti and hair ties on the floor and hair on the sheet. Messaged host and no response so we found extra sheets in the closet, washed them and changed all of the bedding. The listing also listed that we had access the tram transportation on the property.-this was not the case. Ended up calling VRBO because we were stranded and host's vm was full so we couldn't leave a message. VRBO put us in contact with host and he told me that I wasn't being honest and that his property is always rated excellent in cleanliness. He explained we should have tram passes and would bring them over (and a parking pass because one wasn't left and we didn't want to get charged). He also told me to contact his hostess. She was not even polite. She gave us wrong information and told us we were not getting the tram passes bc hosts contract changed. She told me to rent a golf cart. The property does not allow you to rent golf carts from outside sources (there are also signs all over the property stating this). So we were stuck taking an Uber when we didn't plan for it. The 2nd night, my daughter woke me up in a panic at 2am because there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Killed those things quickly! The 2 out of the 3 chairs and umbrella provided by the host were completely rusted and broken. This was my first stay with VRBO and I was very disappointed...not with VRBO but with the host. Just an awful experience all around.

Nice view of the beach. Beautiful pool. Easy access to the beach. Great condo for a couple getaway or girls trip. More towels and washcloths would have been nice. We had 1 each for a 3 night stay. Had to wash them everyday.

Beautiful property however the condo was outdated and filthy! No cleaning behind furniture had been completed in a long time dirt on ceiling hanging as you look up from bed. Baseboard last were black dirty hand pints on walls. Place had a beautiful ocean view but the glass was so dirty you couldn’t enjoy it! We were exhausted as our plane was delayed and we arrived a day late but both my daughter and I decided we could not sleep in the dirtiness of this condo! We spent our day at the beach and pool which is beautiful used the shower and left! I spent more money to find a new place to stay! Very disappointed. I did reach out with concerns but got no response except thank you for letting us know

We can’t wait to come back! It was a very nice stay. Great condo, in a great location, on a spectacular section of the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the room. The condo was clean and stocked with the necessary items. The Sandestin community was very nice! We appreciated the parking pass and wristbands to access the pool and other facilities. Thank you for the great stay! We can’t wait to come back.

Great location. Easy access from parking. Equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Unit needs updating. Bathroom tub drains very slowly while showering. Bathroom sink leaks. Sliding door to balcony is a problem since that side of blinds doesn’t work. Front door did not seem secure with just a security chain. Did not know the pool was not finished so unavailable. Very crowded beach.

Perfect- we will be back!

This was the perfect condo for our family to enjoy a vacation ON the beach at an affordable rate! It is true the building pool was under construction during our stay however we were able to use the pool right next it, so it was no problem at all. The beach access was so close and we truly enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Check in problems

The host gave us the wrong/outdated passcode for gate and pool access, so we couldn't check in until 6:00 and were not recompensed. It wasn't easy to communicate with the host. The place was okay.

Sandestin Beachside Oasis is located in the stunning Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This beach front property has breath taking views and all the amenities of a 5 star resort.

Perfectly situated, this corner unit has amazing Gulf-Front views from the comfort of your King size bed. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony as you become entranced by the rhythmic waves and peaceful breeze.

This unit has floor to ceiling balcony window, balcony seating for two, a King size bed, queen size sofa bed, a TV and DVD player.

The fully-equipped, recently renovated kitchen has all the amenities needed to create your own home cooked meal or order in. There is a dining and living area and an in unit washer and dryer is a welcomed feature our guest.

The private balcony with newly installed glass balcony railings overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and offers spectacular views of the sparkling water and shimmering white sand. You are on the 2nd floor so the views are wonderful.

The building offers its guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated solar pool with grills at the pool deck, an exercise room and covered parking.

You are only steps from all the amenities of the resort which will make your vacation memorable. On those nights you want to enjoy an evening out, the Village at Baytowne Wharf offers an array of restaurants from fine dining to pizza, sushi and more.
