S'il vous plaît noter que nous avons très strictes politiques de vacances de printemps et ne pas louer à des personnes de moins de 25 ans. Nous exigeons qu'il y ait un adulte de plus de 25 ans pour deux personnes de moins de 25 ans. Nous ne prenons que des vacances en famille. Aucune exception!

Les chambres spacieuses, une chambre, une et demi bains ont une laveuse et sécheuse et est chargé avec toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances mémorables sur la Côte d'Emeraude.

L'unité a un roi dans le Maître et la salle couchettes que les enfants aimeraient. Cette unité est un invité favori et offre des vues magnifiques tout droit ainsi que des vues de la ligne de la côte aussi bien!

Majestic Sun est situé entre Destin et Sandestin et les communes Destin et Silver Sands Outlet Mall !!

Cette unité loue du samedi au samedi avec un minimum de 5 nuits pendant les vacances de printemps, été de pointe et automne.

Chaque invité recevra jusqu'à 2 laissez-passer de stationnement gratuits. Chaque ticket de stationnement supplémentaire coûtera au client 10 $, payable uniquement en espèces. Les clients devront payer la carte de stationnement supplémentaire à leur arrivée.

The absolute perfect space to relax! Walking distance to anything you may need. Clean and comfortable. Great communication. Check in and out was very easy. I highly recommend staying here.

Chose this location for its proximity to the Topeka music festival grounds and the beach. We did not use the pool so I can't speak to that. Did not use the exercise room but it looked well appointed. Condo was very clean and tastefully appointed for the beach. Multiple options for coffee makers. A little light on coffee cup supply, though. Refrigerator has automatic ice maker supplemented by three ice trays, and we had a good supply of ice fairly quickly. There is a vending machine on 2nd floor selling ice for 5.09 a bag so we're glad we didn't have to pay that much for ice. 1.5 bathrooms but limited counter space. Bed was comfortable. We didn't need the pull-out couch or bunks beds, and I feel it would be a tight fit for 6 people -- maybe more like 2 adults and 2-3 kids. There are only three barstools and no table so dining for more than three would be challenging. Building was quiet and except for a very lonely dog singing the song of his people somewhere nearby on the first night, we slept really well despite the unit being right next to the elevators. We saw mostly couples and friend groups -- not many children.We'd definitely stay here again!!

Have been staying at majestic for 23 years and we love it. I will say that this condo has had a major update and is much nicer than pictured! The only down fall is that majestic sun is such a big place with so many condos that the pool quickly became over crowded, water was hot, and smelled of urine because of the amount of people.

Great place

Our stay was great! The property was very clean and had we an awesome view of the ocean. I used the gym daily and the family used the pool and hot tub nightly. Very short walk to the beach. My son fished on Stewart lake. Checking in and out was very easy and I communicated with property manager via text with very quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and updated condo

Very updated condo and excellent location. Be aware that the freezer has no ice maker so buy a bag of ice or get ready to fill ice trays. Condo no longer has a bathtub or a recliner, which was an undisclosed change from when we booked the condo. Michele was excellent with communication, and we would stay here again!

Overall Good Time

I have stayed in units in this complex that were better supplied with utensils, appliances. Unit is long overdue for some renovation and furniture upgrade. I know theses will can get beat up but the owners need to upgrade here

A little disappointed.

The property location and communication with property manager were great. The dishwasher was not working and supposed to be replaced while we were there but they brought the wrong size dishwasher. Then when we went to wash our towels and some clothes we discovered the dryer did not work. Dryer had still not been fixed when we checked out. We were not informed of either issue in advance. The location is great and condo was nice we just had some inconveniences that we could have been informed about ahead of time.

Definitely need to update appliances and some of furniture. Broken appliances and kitchen chairs need to be replaced. But really other then that it was a good unit for my stay
