NEW FOR SPRING 2025. This nicely updated condominium has stone countertops, hardwood flooring throughout and has a bright and airy decor. Recently renovated bathrooms. It has a convenient 2nd floor entry and exit to the patio and pool deck and is a short 1.5 blocks to the beach (5 to 7 Minute Walk). Each bedroom has a King size bed. Primary Bathroom has a new Walk-In Shower and guest bath has a new tub/shower combo. The Forest Beach address also is a quick walk to Pope Avenue shopping and dining venues, including Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Washer/Dryer is located in the kitchen area and the living room has ample seating. Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs for each bedroom along with a powder room on the first floor.

Close to Beach - Great HHI Condo

Very satisfied with our stay at Courtside #81. Short, maybe 8 minute walk from door to beach which was very convenient. Nice pool in the courtyard and about a mile to grocery/restaurants so really a great location. 2 bd 2.5 ba that was plenty spacious for my wife and toddler. The beach access was through another condo on the beach, but closer and less crowded than the Coligny Beach access so a big perk there. The actual condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing spectacular on the amenities, normal stuff, nice seating areas, tvs, games, beach toys for kids - one of the bathrooms actually was recently renovated so that was very nice. The rooms get very bright in the morning, so if you like it dark or have kids just put up an extra sheet or blanket on the window to reduce light. A great perk was a credit to beach gear rental - I highly recommend a cart to bring items to/from the beach, very helpful. We also rented bikes which we loved riding to the beach, as well as to local restaurants. Traffic on the island can be heavy during certain parts of the day so bikes help. Just FYI, you have to climb stairs to access the condo, in case of any elderly or disabled - may be difficult to get up stairs, no elevator to condo. Great stay, loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Courtside 81 in Hilton Head Island. The location was convenient and just minutes away from the beach, shopping, and dining. Very clean and up to date. It overlooks the pond and pool, very relaxing. The staff was super friendly, check in and out was quick & easy. I highly recommend!

Ideal location

The property offered a great location to both go to the beach but also enjoy your deck with a view of the lagoon and pool. The Coligny area offers restaurants and shopping. The condo complex was quiet overall. With the rental we recieved a $250voucher for VayK Gear. We rented bikes and cornhole and just had to pay delivery. Bikes are a must in HHI and this location is ideal for accessing bike trails as well as the beach. The pool was well taken care of and not over crowded. The pool had just opened on April 1st and isn't heated but the temperature was comfortable. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent most of our time sitting on the deck. The frogs were incredibly loud at night which I thought was fascinating. We went into Beaufort for a day and did the horse and carriage ride as a historical tour. Then we went out to the state park which was beautiful. Great condo. Great location.

Convenient location

Everything was very nice It was a little confusing with the parking pass it said we need. But did not because it was September. They should be that on the paper about parking. Also trying to get someone to answer my question about the parking was challenge. Only of the bathroom shower handle should be updated. It was very hard to adjust the water temperature

Fantastic Property

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Very clean, updated, and excellent location on the island. The beds were very comfortable, living room furniture was great too. We plan to reserve this same condo in the future.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was what we expected based on the details provided. It was clean and the location was great. Condo is very close to the pool but far enough away from the noise. It was close to Coligny Plaza for convenience but away from the busyness. It is also an easy walk to the beach. Overall a great stay!

Comfortable place in a convenient location

This unit was well equipped and was very clean. It was very spacious and looked just like the photos. Would definitely recommend this place. Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Also liked that bikes could be stored on the property. The only recommendation would be room darkening shades in the bedrooms.

Great location at a great price

Newly renovated space that is close enough to everything Hilton Head has to offer without being in the heart of everything. Walking distance to the beach and local shopping centers. The unit having direct access to a well maintained pool was also a plus.

House is beautiful and the scene from outside on the patio is gorgeous with the pond and the pool. We loved seeing the turtles, all different types of birds (small and big) and listening to the tree frogs at night. The beach is so close but loved not being on the beach with lots of noise and people. The only thing that would have made it better would be a new mattress and new toilets or inner working parts. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great stay

Everything was as pictured . Great location to beach and shopping. Nice view of lagoon and pool from balcony. We like to cook so kitchen could you a few serving bowls and a new can opener. There were two can openers and neither one could open a can. But the rest of the kitchen amenities were fine.
