Ready to welcome you and your family on your next island getaway in Shipyard Plantation! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is just a short walk to the beach, and the perfect beach theme throughout to make you feel right at home. The main living level hosts the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom, while the upstairs features one queen and twin bunk beds and another master suite.

Enjoy all the amenities of Shipyard Plantation including playing on any of the 3 golf courses or riding bikes down to the Shipyard Beach Club! You will truly love everything this beautiful villa has to offer!

Our family truly enjoyed our week of vacation. Our kids loved riding bikes to Coligny. The property was very clean and well stocked. The pool was close and very peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We loved our time at this property. Things were as described in the listing. The neighborhood was great. We were close to the pool and the beach was right down the street. I would highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to HH.

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and absolutely loved this property. Location was great, just a short walk from the beach and the community pool was spacious. My only drawback was that tennis is listed as an amenity, but there were no tennis courts on location. A court could be rented at Van Der Meer, but my understanding of “amenity” is that it is included with your stay. But again, loved the property, maybe just update the listing to be more accurate.

Great location in the middle of the Plantation. Easy walk to beach, tennis courts right their

Unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Only thing missing would be a locker at the beach club so that we didn't have to haul our stuff down there every day.

Fantastic Stay

Wow! We loved everything about our stay. The place was very clean, the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook (we had to stay in several nights because of Hurricane Debby). There were beach towels available, more than enough of everything! We can’t wait to book our stay here next summer. Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ladies Week Out!!

Four great friends spent the week in this awesome town house/condo .. enjoyed the great food on the island, the beach, the pool and the shopping. The porch was our favorite.. coffee every morning and Happy Hour in the evening. Every possible kitchen need was met, and the big comfortable bedrooms were great!! Come and enjoy!!

Great Stay

Very well equipped unit and just as the pictures show. It is a short bike/walk to the beach club and beach access. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. This was a great place to stay in Shipyard. Of note, this is an end unit adjacent to one of the main roads in Shipyard so there is some road noise when sitting outside or on the screen porch.

Loved Hilton Head

We stayed the month of February. This VRBO was very clean, great location to get places, kitchen had everything we needed and more which was great, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. We really liked the place and would stay there again. Only suggestion would be to add 2 comfortable chairs as 2 that were there were not at all comfortable for any amount of time, like watching a Movie. We dealt with The Vacation Company while there and they were terrific. Never have had such good service when renting a place.

Spring Vacation 2023

The Villa was spacious, very clean, and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, coffee cups, glasses and many pots, pans and utensils. They also provided a crockpot and waffle maker which was great for someone who likes to cook for her family. It was a short bike ride to the beach, but would recommend driving your car if you take coolers, beach chairs, tents and beach toys. The Villa was close to Coligny Park which is always a fun place to shop or to get something to eat.

Family reunion

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Super comfortable and cozy, all bedrooms were decent size and with comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and amazing outdoor area for dinner and evening drinks. Beach was little too far for us to walk with a stroller and all the beach gear so we drove. Also we could not use hotel’s pool as it is for guests only and the pool at the property is not heated/no splash area for babies. Overall we will be back but probably little later in summer when we can enjoy all amenities to the fullest

Wonderful property, wonderful visit

The property was well-equipped to meet all of our needs. The layout was perfect for our family, with daughter, son in law and infant upstairs and me and my husband having privacy downstairs. We appreciated having the board games…I have not played Monopoly for more than 40 years! But thanks to two days of heavy rain, we resorted to having game nights! If you select this property, you really don’t need to bring anything other than your food. The villa offers a Keurig or traditional coffee maker, which is always a mystery until you get there…so sharing for others that come behind us! The location is a short bicycle ride or walk to the tennis center or to the beach. No need to drive a car there. The owners paid attention to the little details that matter: power strips by the end tables to provide easy access to outlets; nightlights in the bathroom and bedroom; My only suggestion: add a few hooks by the front door. I could not locate a convenient place to hand rain coats (yes, sadly we needed those). And label the trash cans so that we easily know which one is recycle versus trash. I’m not sure I got that right since it was pouring rain and hard to tell the difference in the colors of the cans. We will definitely be back!

Well done

Nice property, good location, clean and nicely remodeled. Master shower is a little small, but worked for what we needed. Bring extra trash bags if you are staying longer than 3 days.
