Welcome to our beautiful, recently updated second floor 2-bedroom condo in the heart of the desirable South Forest Beach area! Located in Courtside Villas, this spacious and fully stocked unit is perfect for family and friend getaways with our unit comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. 7 Min Walk to Beach!!
Interior & Updates:
The villa features a new bright fun beach-coastal style décor and all new furniture/mattresses, new tvs, and brand-new stainless-steel kitchen appliances. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender, mixer, a small crockpot, and everything else you need to cook and eat in. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV, two accent chairs, and a full-size sleeper sofa. The dining room is large and the perfect spot for game night or doing puzzles. Our entry closest is full of games, puzzles, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, paddleball, beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and pool/sand toys. Enjoy courtyard views from the balcony with comfortable seating and steps away to one of two large pools.
Sleeping & Bathrooms:
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, desk space, small dresser, and a wall-mounted smart TV; this room has an on-suite bathroom with full sized walk-in shower and large vanity. The second bedroom offers two full sized beds, dresser, and wall-mounted smart TV; this room also has an on-suite bathroom with full tub and shower and a large vanity. A newly updated powder room (half bath) exists on main floor.
Complex Amenities & Location (Courtside Villas):
Our complex is adjacent to the bike path and is conveniently located near the Coligny area for shopping, restaurants, and entertainmentâjust a short walk or bike ride away. The community features two large private pools and beautiful courtyards. Free tennis at Van Der Meer Tennis Center (nextdoor) and pickleball courts are nearby at Cordillo Tennis and Pickleball (a short walk). You'll have convenient access to the beach for long days in the sand and sun!
Guest Extras:
Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, bicycle parking areas, and free parking for up to two cars.

We are pleased to share our space with you and hope you come to love the island as much as we do. If this is not your first time here, welcome back! We've been coming to Hilton Head for years, it truly is our "happy place!" We love to bike, golf, lounge at the beach, and eat out. We recently bought our Courtyard unit because we love the South Forest Beach vibe. It's a quiet area, just far away from the bustle of Coligny, but so close we can easily walk or bike to all the activities.
Our unit is a short walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops making it an ideal location.
