OCEANVIEW 2BR VILLA WITH POOLS, BEACH ACCESS & WIFI AT SEACREST

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)


Can't you just feel the warm sand squishing between your toes as you make the short walk to the beach? Also, strong Wi-Fi easily accommodates working/schooling remotely, so stay awhile and enjoy the beach and other amenities when you wish.

This 5th floor ocean view villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths has been newly decorated to appeal to your senses and provide a comfortable getaway to revive your spirit! Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from the large living room. Bring out your inner chef as you mix up some tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen to enjoy in the dining area or one of the two balconies. Sun on the main balcony or relax for a read on the private Primary suite balcony. Plenty of sparkling stars lie comfortably in the sky right out your door.

Treat your tastebuds to epicurean delights at the many neighborhood restaurants and bakeries. Find fabulous fashion in the many boutiques. Delight in the SeaCrest amenities of either oceanfront pools(only heated in March and April) , kiddie pool, indoor heated recumbent pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and boardwalk to the white sandy beach and wave upon wave. Don't forget the famous Pool Bar Jim's with specialty delicious food such as burgers and fish tacos. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

So, take in the relaxing sounds of the waves splashing onto the white, sandy beach. Explore this beautiful island on foot or bike. Perfect your swing on the golf course. Enjoy the many amenities of Hilton Head Island. Here is where you will make memories and refresh your soul!

Close proximity to everything!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been betterjust steps to the beach and across the street from great shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient getaway. Would stay again!

Hi Matt, as previously experienced your place was beautiful. Sadly, I spent three days in the hospital with my husband because he had a tumor in his bladder. They discovered after you started bleeding. And when we got back to the condo on Thursday evening, I fell and shattered my heel and broke my ankle. we truly love your place though and hope we will be able to come back

Best of Hilton Head

The condo was everything that it’s advertised to be. As a frequent renter in SC and FL this condo was the cleanest, great welcome gifts and the kitchen was better than any I have ever encountered. The kitchen and all it appliance’s, dishes, pots and pans were A-+. The location is as good as it gets and the management was very immediately available and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend!

Great location

Great location. Walking distance to good food and shopping. Unit needs just a few upgrades to make it A++. Need more bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Would be worth the $ to spring for a large capacity washing machine. Drain tube from washing machine doesn’t sit down into main drain which causes small leak onto top of dryer. Vertical blinds in king bedroom don’t work. Need replaced. I’m king bathroom, electrical outlet right behind faucet isn’t GFI. That’s a must fix. King water pressure in shower not good. Building B has one elevator that was out of service the entire week. We would definitely stay again but a minimal investment back into the property would bring it more in line with the rate we paid.

The perfect family spring break!

Had the best time at this property with our 2 toddlers. Fantastic location, extremely clean, spacious, well stocked, and even more lovely and updated in person than it seemed in the photos. This location is truly the best on the island and we already can’t wait to return for an even longer stay. We were quickly regulars at the pool bar and the coffee shop right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location and Condo was above expectations. Super place to enjoy HH. My only complaint is my wife emailed property manager about only having limited toilet paper on day one and never received follow up. Had to go to Piggly Wiggly across street for extra.

Lovely space

Very clean and well-appointed condo that was a side-view of the ocean, and somewhat set back from the beach, but easy to walk to. There was a lot of construction noise during our stay, and the heat fan in the main living area rattled, but otherwise we enjoyed a relaxing stay near the ocean in a lovely space.

The condo was so very nice. It was decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location. We were greeted with a nice welcome gift. (I even received a welcome call right after booking!). The check in process was easily understood. We would definitely stay again!
